Philos is outstanding. He did a number of varied jobs for us from small to large including fixing a dryer, re-tiling a foyer, replacing a ceiling fan, building concrete steps and repairing damaged exterior siding on our house. His work was always top quality. His communication is great - he gives you a clear itemized price estimate for every job and then sticks to that price. Recommend highly!

I can't say enough positive things about Great Precision Handyman. I would have rated them 10 stars if I could! I have used them on multiple projects over the past 2+ years - including painting, repairs, and remodeling. Philos was fantastic! I was under a timeline to have my old kitchen countertops removed, as I was having new ones installed. It was a "demo" job that I thought I could do myself. But I got in over my head, as many DIYers do, and Philos came to my rescue! He was prompt, professional, and most personable. I will most definitely use Philos again for work on my home. Highly recommend him!

My wife and I used Philos to fix water damage on our staircase ceiling. Philos and crew did an excellent job at installing all new drywall and painting all the affected areas. The owner Philos renovated my half bathroom and did an amazing job. He was prompt and accommodating. He showed me his work as he progressed with the project and explained everything clearly from start to completion. He spackled, sanded and painted the entire 6’x9’ room due to walls and ceiling drywall being extremely imperfect. Tackled obstacles with care and ease. The room now looks flawless. Fixed existing plumbing to accommodate new bathroom fixtures and installed new pedestal sink and new toilet. My half bathroom is now beautiful and functional. All debris were cleared and room cleaned
