I am so happy with him, he came out without even knowing me. I originally hired someone else and they ended up not coming out, J & T didnt want me to be stuck so he came out alone on Sunday to help me. His customer service is AMAZING! Jim is a great professional, detail oriented, pride in work- he built a deck for us and will use him in the future for other projects.

Plain and Simple I gave him $75 for a handle and he ordered the wrong one even after he came to house to look at it first. I received $3.80 back after he said restocking fee and his time. I'm in the service business and if I ordered the wrong part and then kept there money I would be out of business. I would not use his services again.
