Cruz Chapa's did an amazing job on our interior trim! We purchased new windows and were looking for help in ensuring the trim was done right. We couldn't be happier with our experience with Cruz Chapa! Amelia was wonderful to coordinate / schedule with and we appreciated that she stopped by during the project to further help with the coordination and ensure we were happy with the finishes. My wife and I had multiple offers from local companies as we wanted to have our house painted - then finish painting the decks and stairs after replacing the wooden boards with Trex (which would not be painted).
We were not looking for the lowest offer, but the best quality for the price!
We selected Cruz Chapas Painting as we appreciated their personal involvement of getting the right type of paint for the cladding of the windows, as well as for the wooden siding.

Gustavo and his crew were great! They were professional, timely, clean and did an amazing job painting my house! I met with several painting companies but decided to go with my gut and contracted Cruz Chapas to give my house a fresh look. I made his decision because Gustavo always got back to me and gave me a realistic time frame to complete the job. Amelia and Gustavo were fantastic to work with. Amelia communicates so clearly and efficiently that it was no problem meeting our expedited timeline for painting our entire house exterior. Because were preparing for a home appraisal, Amelia and Gustavo gave us their professional input on what would make the most impact to give our house a fresh, clean curb appeal. Cruz Chapas is by far the best paint company I have ever used.
I had a crusty south-facing exterior job and they prepped it down to the bone.
The wood needed a lot of caulk and grinding to get down to the bare wood and they took extra care to make sure it was prime coat ready.
It was a hard job and they got it done.

Cruz Chapas did a beautiful job refinishing my exterior wood siding including a custom wood garage. The job was a bit tricky because I wanted to match the finish on some custom soffits. Amelia and Gustavo and their crew were great. Start to finish from the bid, to adjustments that I asked for along the way they were professional and detail oriented. Mid project, I asked if they could also refinish my deck. They easily adjusted the bid and did great work. I would highly recommend Cruz Chapas to anyone. It was SO refreshing working with Cruz Chapas. Their price was competitive, they communicated perfectly, and their work was fast, steady, and impeccable.
They painted the interior of my 900 sf condo in 3 days. I picked a high contrast color scheme: white for the walls, gunmetal grey for the trim. Some painters balk at such a high contrast color scheme because the lines have to be very precise, but Cruz Chapas was totally cool with it, and the lines are just beautiful.
In summary, we highly recommend them, and we'll definitely be using them for future remodels!
