What a pleasure to work with Justin and Jeff ! From the beginning making the design I wanted (and I needed several!) to the end.
They followed up on the progress on our project. Where here when they say they would (which in these days is unusual).
Installation was perfectly done.

Jeff and Justin (owners) are true craftsmen and professionals. We have built 4 houses over the years and have never received such outstanding service and attention to detail. Bates Cabinetry recently provided all of the cabinetry for my new home. Justin worked with me through several revisions to get just the right look and storage capacity in every room. The installation was very well done. My kitchen and Master Bath are beautiful. Justin showed great attention to detail and was always responsive to my calls and questions

This will be the one and only recommendation of a contractor I will give from my custom home build!
I’m so disappointed with everyone else!
If you want your cabinets to look great and function as they should, there’s no need to look for someone else!
As stated from another reviewer, their attention to detail is superb!
Not a flaw to be found, no joints misallianged, everything cut perfectly to fit our appliances!!
If you are not happy with something, they will not be either!
Trust me when I say they will make it right!

Had a great experience with this father and son team. They were very professional with helping me design a kitchen island that fit all of my family's needs. Even after I had made several changes to the original plan they were extremely accommodating. The kitchen island was ordered and installed within two weeks of meeting them. Very satisfied will use them again in the future!

Bates Cabinetry is an extremely professional and reliable outfit. After deciding to go with this company, my cabinets were here in two weeks and installed within 2 days! They were also very affordable compared to the other quotes I received, without sacrificing quality (all plywood with soft closing doors and drawers). I love my new kitchen and highly recommend Bates Cabinetry!
