Challenge is founded on an American craft tradition which depends on the close relationship between client and maker. Every piece of cabinetry that is made for your home is carefully quality controlled, from the sourcing of high quality materials, to preciscion installation. We use traditional techniques to create timeless kitchen designs for today's busy lifestyles, to suit both period and modern settings.
Challenge was established in 1989 by Tom Propps, and is now owned and operated by two of his sons Jon and James. Tom was a high school principal in the Alexandria Virginia area for over 25 years. During the summer months Tom would remodel and build homes. Upon retiring, Tom and his family moved to the Myrtle Beach area.
