Tri County Hearth and Patio has the worse customer service ever and they do not honor their contract. I made a purchase that turned out to be defective and when I tried to exchange the furniture they first said yes but after over ten calls to the owner of the of the business, Rona, they refuse to honor their contract. The product was under warranty so the contract should be honored. I would not recommend them to anyone. I will be contracting the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and report this company. I would not recommend them at all. Do not let them scammed you like they scammed my family.

Update as of 3/19 Mr. Joshua Kelly issued a full refund and apologized for the miscommunication. He has salvaged the years long relationship which my father wants to continue. It was a big misunderstanding but what matters is making good and taking care of your customers and he did!
Dave sold my father a part and charged his visa card. On the receipt he wrote MasterCard with no reference information to confuse my father. He then cancelled the order. When my 83 year old father went there to check on the order during a global pandemic, Dave said the refund was issued. I called several times and

The service guys were great, however, the sales and service supervisor were not. They have given me three different prices on my final install. Service tech said one price in which I signed, but store is trying to charge me over $300 more. Stay away, pay extra for some other installer to travel. More to come.

Today, both of my fireplaces were serviced by Will & Justin. They both did a phenomenal job. Both Will and Justin were extremely professional and very knowledgeable. I always have questions and they addressed all of my concerns. They are AWESOME!!!! Both fireplaces are working great!!! Also, the fireplaces look better with the embers. I noticed that right away.

Great selection of all things summer outdoor decor for the home. The quality here is greater than what you would see in some large flagship stores. A little pricey but the salesman was willing to give some discounts. We went mid summer. So if you are willing to spend for quality or either catch them on a good sale you will find some great finds.

Chris, Mike, and Dairen did a fantastic job with the removal of our old wood stove insert and installation of the new insert and chimney liner we purchased from Tri County. The guys were on time and ready to work. They were very considerate with making sure to keep the house clean and protecting my home from damage while they worked. The guys were very efficient in getting the work done. In under 2 hours everything was completed, clean, and a fire burning in my stove. Their knowledge, work ethic, and customer service was very much appreciated. To top it off we LOVE our new stove. Thanks again!
