I contacted my pool builder, Watters Aquatech for service on my pool and they referred me to Purpose Pools. Josh reached out to me the very same day and their Service Manager came out the next day. I was impressed with how quick and efficient Purpose Pools was in getting my pool up and running. I highly recommend Purpose Pools.

When we bought our home a few years ago we inherited the pool company that had been taking care of things for the entire life of the pool. Their customer service, punctuality, no call no shows and various other issues led us to make the decision to switch over to Purpose. Scott came out himself to inspect our full system. Several things that we had been paying the previous company to maintain had fallen into disrepair causing massive algae growth. Within a week everything was tiptop and the weekly service has been impeccable. I've been extremely happy with our decision to switch companies over

I love Purpose Pools. I am a do it myself kind of person. The time came when I just didn't have the time to put into keeping up with the pool like it needs to be. I talked with Scott about my needs and what needed to be done and boy did they deliver. My pool has never looked so good. Josh is always on time and curious. He is respectful of my home and ever deals with my dogs. I would recommend Purpose Pools to anyone looking to have a pool service, hands down the best in town.

Very professional and attentive staff. I chose this company because of their customer service and responsiveness. I called on a Saturday afternoon and was able to get an in person quote that following Monday. Also, the always respond via email and text. Customer service goes a long way and this company has that down!
