In addition to working with individual property owners, we also partner with contractors to provide our drywall services. Drywall installation: Zip Drywall provides residential drywall installation in a variety of situations, ranging from new construction to remodels and home additions.
Dan and his brother Dave did a wonderful job for us on two projects - a kitchen/family room remodel and a standard closet to walk-in closet transformation. They are a pleasure to work with and I would not hesitate to call them for future projects. These guys do great work! We had two closets in our home re-built to accommodate a laundry room and they put new drywall in both.

Dan did a wonderful job - we are so happy. He installed a drywall ceiling in our basement bathroom and cleaned up the existing walls. He did the framing for the new ceiling, move a secondary light from the wall to the ceiling and did a light texture across the whole room. The bathroom looks a million times better! We are so happy we found Zip Drywall. We'll definitely have him back for other projects.

Dan at Zip Drywall was the most informative, most timely, and best priced of the drywallers I inquired to for removing the popcorn ceiling in my house. He was on time for the project and even finished the project early, and the work looks amazing. Dan will always leave you more knowledgeable than he found you, and takes pride in teaching others about his craft and even a bit of what he knows about other trades. He helped us out a lot and left our home in even better shape than we expected!

Dan did an excellent job repairing water-damaged drywall in my stairway and bedroom. Until I called Dan, I couldn't find anyone who would do the work in my stairway. The damage extended to more than 20ft over the stairs. Dan easily thought of a way he could access the area and was able to complete the work in 3 days. I feel fortunate that I found him. I would definitely recommend.

Dan just completed installing drywall to my ceiling (after I had water damage from the rain and had a good portion of the ceiling removed because of it) and it looks flawless and perfect. He was highly professional, friendly, honest, answered all my questions, was on time, clean, did the job in a timely manner and was affordable. I highly recommend hiring him, you'll be in great hands.

What a great job on a not-so-easy drywall project! The men at ZIP know what they are doing! Here's what I love:
* They clearly understand all phases of drywall, and they do it all.
* Their quality of workmanship is exceptional
* I honestly believe the place was cleaner when they left than when they arrived!
* They perfectly matched the look of the drywall between the places in the kitchen we remodeled and the rest of the room. This is a "70's house" so that isn't necessarily easy, but they did it!

Ceiling has a crack because of some attic work. And we are under time pressure to get it fixed immediately. Dan answered the call and agreed to come out to repair it Sunday afternoon. And he came out again on late Monday afternoon to do the texture. He did a great job, fast, and matched texture perfectly.

I was reminded to post this review after loading my laundry. Our laundry room had a flood and sheetrock replacement was required. Dan and Jeremy were great. I had used them in the past and I was reminded again as to why I requested them again. He is quick at getting his work done, it looks amazing, (better than it was to start), and he they were great about our kids watching and interacting. All of this at a really reasonable rate. Of the other contractors I've used for the demo, dryout, Dan stands above all in quality of character. I only wish he does tile. :)
