Eugene did a beautiful job on my floors. He is so good he is really busy, he tried to delay and take me off the schedule for a while, but I said that would not work, especially since I had scheduled it far in advance. But he figured it out and got the work done on time and beautifully, I will definitely call him for future maintenance.

Eugene was very knowledgeable and helpful. I will most likely use him when we do this project.

We contacted Eugene of Image Hardwood Flooring after a previous company did an awful job of refinishing the red oak floors in our home.
When Eugene came to inspect the floor he told us the person who did the refinishing didn't vacuum the floor after each coat of urethane sealer (3 coats) -- which explained why the floor was so rough and uneven.
There were other problems with the first company also but suffice to say we are seeking legal action against them.
When we got Eugene's bid it was nearly identical in cost to the first company -- but what a difference in result.

Eugene and his team installed hardwood floors throughout out our entire house. They did a fantastic job, were terrific to work with, and his bid was extremely reasonable. They were careful with our newly painted walls and kept the whole site clean and tidy. Eugene kept us updated every step of the way since we were living an hour away and managed to finish ahead of schedule. Highly recommended.

Eugene and his crew did an amazing job refinishing our hardwood floors. He was actually booked out for a couple of months but we got lucky with a cancellation and he was able to fit us in sooner than expected. It took about 3-4 days plus drying time to do 3 bedrooms. His prices were very reasonable for the amount of work it takes. He was always easily accessible and very reliable. And the job site was always clean at the end of the day. We hired Image Hardwood Flooring to refinish our living room, kitchen and hallway and to buff and screen our upstairs bedroom and the steps leading up to it. Eugene did a great job redoing the original hardwood floors in our rental. When we pulled up the carpet we found burn marks and pet stains from the previous owners.
