Jackie at Felipe at Timeless Flooring are amazing! I went in with ideas of what I wanted but needed to stay on budget and needed some expert design advice. They both took the time to show me samples and move them around on the showroom floor so I could see them in different lighting. They spent hours with me matching everything and making great recommendations. They are truly experts! I appreciated that they encouraged me to take my favorites home to test them out before making my decision. They have a great showroom and a huge selection. Filipe, one of the owners, came to give an estimate. Had mentioned the work would start two days later, wed 9am, after the estimate was sent to me via email. I never recieved the email or a call. On Wed I took off work and at 0900, when the company opened, I called to confirm the arrival of the workers to do the floors. Only to find out they werent coming and that Filipe was confused of our start time and expectations.
He was rude and unfriendly not offering any other option that could work. And when I said "I guess I have to go with another company", he hung up in me.
