Best roofer ever. Chad was prompt and a great communicator. My second roof using Lafever (different building this time). Amazing experience. Professional and courteous. Stuck to the scheduled date which we made 3 months prior. Efficient work and great follow up. Great clean up. And the BID came in about $5k less than the competition. I asked for quotes from about six different roofing companies, only one of them, Lefever Roofing, was aware from their experience that the shingle on my house was a manufacturers recall item from about 10 years ago. Which will save me thousands of dollars, which just goes to prove that experience pays. I am holding back the five star rating just in case there are any difficulties with the installation of the new roof. Their knowledge, experience and professionalism is first class

We had shingles blown off in wind storm,I called &Chad came out done an inspection.He gave us a bid and went over everything with us . After we accepted the bid he told us how far out they were. He called back within that time & said when they would be there.They completed the job just as bid in a timely & professional way

LaFever wins again! This is our 3rd LaFever project and they continue to be professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Chad in the office is always on point when I have a question. Terry is always quick to return our quotes. They have great concern for quality and will not compromise the end result . Something else very important is that they are quick to get felt up to dry in the roof, even if they can't get to the shingles immediately. They don't leave you hanging out in the wet weather with no protection. Thanks LaFever team.

We were very pleased doing business with this company, The quality of materials used and reasonable price was appreciated. The crew under the direction of Chad was always on time, was careful to clean up after the work days and were respectful of our walkways and flower beds. The LaFever Roofing estimate came in considerably lower than their competition (same quality and brand of shingles). Chad answered all our questions prior to signing the contract. Cole and his crew showed up early, worked diligently and helped with things that needed to get done. Cole gave me his cell number and told me to call if I needed anything or had any questions. He continued to check in with us until the final inspection. All their personnel were friendly and courteous and they worked on Saturday to get the job done. We recommend LaFever Roofing, indeed.

We chose to work with LaFever after Watching roofing projects in progress around our area, speaking with others who have worked with LaFever & with various other roofing companies in the vicinity, that along with conducting other research as well.
We felt the price they quoted us was fair and reasonable. They tore off the old worn out roof and replaced our existing skylight. I had a small leak in my roof. I called Lafever Roofing and in less than an hour Chad their service tech arrived at my house. He figured out the problem right away. He had it fixed in less than a half hour after his arrival. What also complicated it was that Chad had to climb onto a partially snow covered steep part of the roof. Great guy and great service! If there were more stars I would give them all. Thanks Chad.

Lafever roofing has done several roofs for my family. I have a unique style roof on my home, and they were the most knowledgable at the time and came back with the best rate. Unfortunately, when I needed another roof repaired they weren't as helpful. Not only did the original bid double. I waited a month or so to sign the bid and he raised it by another 500. I do think this company does a great job, however, the customer service or lack there of is concerning. Especially when you are a repeat customer.
