Throughout the process, we had very good communication with Mandy & the office staff. Immediate response to our calls & emails. A big wind storm blew through right after they papered, and once we called to let them know there'd been some damage, they came right out and redid the pieces that flew off. We were very impressed with the work of this crew installing the roof on our new build. We highly recommend them!

We had wind damage to our roof and they walk me through the process step by step. They helped me understand how to file for an insurance claim, met with them, and gave me the support I needed. They also helped me get financial help to replace the rest of the roof and they completed the job with quality, professionalism, and in a timely manner. Silver Lining is amazing! Mandy is professional and friendly, arranged for her team to come out quickly to complete a repair so we could complete the sale of our home. Jose and his crew worked quickly and efficiently, cleaned up the work area so well you couldn't even tell they had been there other than the repairs done to our roof. They acted professionally throughout the entire job, and did wonderful work. We had gotten a quote from another local company as well, and Silver Lining beat that quote, even with doing more extensive work than originally planned and quoted. I will always recommend

Silver Lining Roofing was easy and great to work with. Mandy and Bridgit are wonderful to work with, responsive to all questions and very professional. My personal experience was the crew showed up early, and got my old gutters torn out and new ones installed quickly and kept the area clean. Silver Linings was amazing to work with for our new roof and gutters! They helped us through the entire insurance claim process, including working with the inspector/adjuster and sending claim information to our insurance company. The owner herself met with us a couple times to talk through the work and brought us material samples. We were able to schedule the work in a timely manner and when materials caused a slight delay they were quick to communicate. Silver Linings was not only able to help with a new roof, they set up new gutter installation and installed new trim and siding around our house

I really liked the way they where able to deal with my Insurance and make something happen I didn’t think could happen. I was able to get full coverage. And they pretty much took care of all the paper work I just had to fill it n a few blanks. Again made dealing with insurance a breeze They also helped me to pick a good quality product. The crew was very respectful and polite and on time. I will never need another roof in my life time but if I did I would so use them again in a heartbeat. If you have any questions on quality of there work. Just ask them a few address to drive by.

Wow!! We're over the moon and back impressed with how everything turned out :) From the initial consult with Pete and Mandy to the highly skilled and polite Roofing crew, the Gutter & Insulation guys taking the time to listen and then knocking it out of the park by going above and beyond our expectations.. Very happy with SLR making this a very pleasant experience all around.. Highly recommend!!
