I will always call Royal Technologies when I need any HVAC work. Not only did he install my heating and ac systems, he also installed a water heater. I also used him to complete work from an inspection on my condo before selling. I've dealt with lots of contractors. Some good and some bad. He is definitely one of the good ones and I would recommended him to everyone.

We live out in the country and its hard to find a company that will even travel the distance! Royal Air Technologies was very professional and hard working. Did not waste anytime diagnosing the problem and coming up with a solution. Had the replacement unit for inside and outside ordered and installed the same week! Very reasonable prices and great customer service. I would recommend this company 100% to all my friends and family!

Robert was kind and quick responded to a Sunday call to check on my parents' Nest thermostat offline connection problem. I was glad it was a simple fix; loose furnace door caused heater switch turned off, and made Nest thermostat screen turned dark. His charge was fair and honest, wonderful service. Thanks Robert!

I don't write reviews -- ever. I'm writing this because Robert is everything you would want from a highly skilled contractor and more. Robert was able to fit us in same-day (coldest temperature for day on record) and proceeded to stay later than we would have expected -- all to make sure his adjustments were working properly.

Rob did a great job fixing my Nest after I tried to install it and broke my furnace. He did a great job swapping out my blown fuse and installing my Nest. He offered to call Nest support immediately to address some software issues with it which I appreciated. Overall it was a pleasant and straightforward experience and I would recommend this company.

Great communication, fast reply. I've visited the nest site and requested a quote for thermostat installation Saturday evening around 10:30 PM by 11 PM Rob was responding. Came next day out on a Sunday evening to install. In and out in 35 minutes. Took time and care to set up and explain my thermostat. Will be reaching out to Royal Air for any future needs for sure.
