Services
In the case of renewals aggregates will reset. For newly warranted properties or properties where the warranty coverage has expired, coverage any claims submitted within the first 30 days will require additional review for approval. Payments are due within 7 days of due date or warranty will be terminated.
If submitting a claim that is an emergency claims you will be contacted by our afterhours staff. If submitting a non-emergency claim you will be contacted on the next business day by HSP. Warranty is a 12 month warranty and payment plan will commence on first day of activation and end 12 months from that date.

I'm a contractor in the Columbus area for over 20 years and have done a tremendous amount of work for HSP over the years. Ive worked for multiple home warranty companies and these guys truly care about the customer. They are very professional and customer service is impeccable. Nice to do business with an honest and reputable company which in return allows us to do a good job for the customer.

First year with their plan, HSP Home Warranty- worked with us to get a AC technician out on a weekend (on the first really HOT days @89) to fix a AC unit that was freezing up. My mother-in-law with breathing issues was staying with us and we also had a graduation party with folks over the same weekend. Thanks!

I’ve used HSP for over a year now, and just recently renewed. They’ve been a life savor! Within the first year I’ve had to submit several claims and ask tons of questions. HSP has always been extremely timely and responsive on all claims and call backs. Each person I’ve spoken to takes the time to thoroughly answer my questions and provides excellent customer service - especially Faith. I definitely recommend and will continue to use HSP!
