I used this company to replace my roof, was quoted it came with a 10 year warranty. When it came time for repairs 7 years later, I was told I only had a 5 year warranty on labor. I agreed to have a team come out to do the repairs at a cost of $ 350 dollars for one hour. The estimated came out with his son and was there for less than 45 minutes. No repairs were done only inspected the work and left to write a letter. I then got a bill for $450 dollars. I called this company and they told my the team was there for over a hour. Our roof was leaking and it was only 8.5 years old. I contacted the roofing contractor and they would not help. I was referred to Northwest Roof Services and contacted them to give me a quote. Jason came out and surveyed the roof. I was curious why everything was wet including the underside of the roof in the attic. Jason explained that the extra insulation that was put in the attic was blocking some of the vents under the eaves. There weren't any baffles. We hired this company to replace our roof two years ago based on the positive feedback from one of our neighbors who previously used their services, and their competitive pricing.
Eric/Crew Chief was in charge of the crew and did a great job installing and completing the project on time. They left the property spotless and our roof looked great.
Recently we noticed that a couple of shingles were slightly raised so we contacted the company and requested an inspection to make sure that the early year wind/snow storms had not caused any damage.
This time we dealt with production manager George

I wanted so badly to like them. However, they came out for an estimate to do a roof repair and the estimator onsite broke down the cost for me and said it would be about $1,900. He said he would later email me the formal estimate. Well he never did so I had to email him, and now the formal estimate was $2,700. I replied shocked saying he told me $1,900 and where did the other $800 come from? I got no response. I emailed again and said I was going to get other estimates now. No response. I am grateful to this company for getting our roof on the schedule as soon as possible, given that it was leaking and overdue for replacement. It turned out we had a great deal more rot/damage than expected and this was all replaced (plywood, rafters, etc). I did not understand the scale of the damage but was sent pictures that showed convincingly the extent of damage and replacement. The cost ballooned quite a bit over my budget but the office was responsive to arranging a payment plan, which I am thankful for.

In my opinion this place was the absolute worst. They improperly installed a vent on my roof, then told me it was installed improperly two years later when it began to leak (again). They didn't stand behind their work, they charged over $400 for a caulk job. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I felt they were not honest, and over charged for work that they should have stood behind. I will not recommend this company to anyone. Ever.

We had Northwest Roof replace our roof and gutters. Jason provided an estimate to me quickly and addressed all my questions. They came in with the best bid even after we upgraded to their higher quality line of roof product. We also asked for a different gutter with covers and they were able to send me some good options. Jason then came out to review the bid and it took very little time (with no hard selling - much appreciated). The roof was completed quickly, and looks great. This was the third of the five companies we invited to our home to get a quote. They were not the cheapest but were by far not the most expensive. They were even recommended by one of the companies that came out. Merle came to our house three times to walk me through everything.
They haven`t done the work yet. They will next spring. I will update my review when my roof is done. I'm looking forward to getting it finished.

I got a new roof exactly a year ago! Northwest Roof Service quoted me a reasonable price and didn't try to upsell me like other companies. They were the 3rd company I got a quote from and they handled all my issues that were pointed out by other companies (without ripping me off). The new roof was on in a day, the next day they finished with clean-up and added the additional venting. I appreciated their professionalism, their speed, and quality of work.

Upon arriving for an Estimate, Jason from Northwest Roofing asked if I was experiencing any leaks or problems. Wow!!!, Impressive that they were willing to address my immediate concerns. I just loved Jason's thoroughness. . . He documented our problem areas with a camera, and showed me evidence of my concerns. . . and even addressed other areas he had noticed while assessing the job.
After much research we wanted a Ridge Vent, Jason agreed that this was the best solution available for our house and needs. . . he also presented the newest technology for our built in gutter system

I went with this company because my Dad had gotten several bids and found that these guys were the best, so they replaced his roof over the summer. He was so pleased with their work that he recommended them to me. I still got bids, and NW Roof Service was the lowest, so I went with them too. They were dependable, on time, and did a fantastic, thorough job. The workers were all very amiable and hard working. They did the roof right. Whoever installed my previous roof during the Reagan era did not put any plywood anywhere, so my entire house needed plywood sheets, and they worked with us to keep

Couldn't be happier. After checking online reviews(including Yelp) I requested bids from 5 different roofing companies pretty much based off others reviews. Northwest's bid came in on par with two other bids. After talking with the Northwest's estimator I was comfortable that I would get a quality job for the right price. Replaced my roof about 4 years ago now, not a single problem as of yet, and don't anticipate any. The crew was fast, neat, and thorough. They had no problem accommodating my request for a ridge vent and fixed the gutter that was hanging due to no fault of theirs. Very knowledgeable foreman and experienced crew.
