Almost don't want to review, because he might become to busy to repair my appliances! Christian is a rock star in appliance repair. He's the only I have found that will work on my Samsung washer and dryer. He's incredibly honest, fair priced and just an all around nice guy. His wife Trish, who assists him from the office is just as kind too and calls to let you know he's on his way and btw, he's pretty much on time. No need to take a full day off from work. Their window is about 2 hours and I have yet to wait and hour for him to arrive.

After years of dealing with the companies my home warranty would send out to me for repairing my appliances I was over it. Every bad experience you could imagine happened so I decided to get rid of the home warranty.
I started looking for a good quality appliance repair company online and came across Blue Fox Appliance Repair. Amazing! His wife is super kind and helpful on the phone. He showed up early to the job and gave me updated phone calls as to when to expect him. He was professional, knowledgeable, communicative, considerate and competent!

This is my 2nd time using Blue Fox Appliance Repair. Our 20 yr old Maytag washer stopped working. Kristian came out and found that the pump was broken. He gave us his honest advice that it wasn't worth fixing at this point, and recommended we get a new one. He even let us know that in his experience, Speed Queen was the best washer we could buy, as they also make commercial units for laundromats.

I highly recommend them and we will continue to call upon Blue Fox whenever we need appliance repairs.

This family owned business is the most honest and trustworthy I've ever encountered. A few years ago, I thought my microwave wasn't working. Kristian came out and pushed the door a certain way and the microwave was fine. I was embarassed, but he was so kind. No charge.
Recently I have an oven that is not heating correctly. I called another applicance service and the technician told us to use a temperature guage my husband uses for his smoker for an hour and call him with the results. He charged us $65. When I called him to tell him the oven was heating 20 degrees lower, he never called

Honest, knowledgeable, professional. Kristian was at my house within an hour after calling. He diagnosed my broken refrigerator within a couple minutes and determined it wouldn't be cost effective to fix. Bummed I need to buy a new refrigerator but glad I'm not just throwing money at something that would be unreliable. Highly recommend Blue Fox and will use them again.

Came out the next day and took apart my dryer twice to make sure he found the problem, because I was already messing with it. Was a great guy and had great prices, very knowledgeable and professional and was in and out!

I wound up finding this company through Google. Christian arrived when he said he would. Although he could not find the source of the problem, it seems to have fixed itself the night before after being broken for 2 months, he was very professional. I hardly ever leave Yelp reviews but Blue Fox totally deserves one! We've been having cooling issues with our fridge for several months now. First the freezer wouldn't keep things frozen, then the fridge wouldn't stay cold. We decided to call a repairman.

Blue Fox was the ONLY company willing to give us a quote and check out our fridge. The other companies don't service Kenmore products because its made by LG. Kristian and Trish were so friendly, supportive, informative and helpful throughout the process!

Response time for a quote is very fast! This husband/wife team have it going on....
I did not have to wait a long time for a service call, and he showed up right on time. They are excellent about the quote. They both helped me with my home warranty claim-they are very knowledgeable about that. The repair was completed in a timely manner and the work was excellent. Not only that, but they are both very nice people! I'm happy to recommend them to anyone.

I cannot recommend Christian enough! He had an opening for us on the day we discovered a problem with our freezer. For a flat fee, he was able to fix the issue, and gave us some suggestions for how to avoid this in the future. Truly a great experience.

Oh my stars ... these guys are great. Had a cooktop go out the week before Thanksgiving. Called Sears Repair. They came out, looked at it for 3 min and claimed they couldn't find the model number and left. I call Blue Fox, explained everything to Trish. She had Kristian out on Monday, took him 1 min to find the model number, and he had it fixed in less than an hour. Saved my life. These folks are so nice. Have an issue - try them first.

I found Blue Fox based on Yelp reviews, and the 5 star reviews are definitely warranted. I sent a message via Yelp on Sunday and heard back right away. They were able to come out the next day and Kristian couldn't have been more through. He was really pleasant to deal with. He definitely goes by the "this is what I'd do if it were my house" mantra, which is refreshing. He basically talked me out of spending more money. I saved their magnet and info to use again next time I have an issue.

My dryer was not working after an electrical storm. It was blinking and I was unable to turn it on or off. But after about 24 hours the dryer was working normally. But I still decided to have Blue Fox appliance come in and check it out. They were so honest and Couldn't really find anything wrong with it after several different inspections. They even inspected the wiring outside of the house and the inside of the house. It was money well spent I felt very confident and they were not trying to rip me off. I definitely recommend Blue Fox.

Kristian the co owner and who did the repairs was prompt and very respectful. He asked a lot of question to see what my issue were. He then took his time and examined the refrigerator which was not providing water or ice for 6 months. Kristian was very clean and his diagnostics were on point which saved me a lot of money. Blue fox could have charged me a lot more then they did but the issue was fixed fast and the work was not only efficient but Kristian explained what the issue were and what I can do to prevent this from happening in the future
