If you want to work with, incompent telephone reps, inexperienced technicians and more importantly a dishonest, deceitful, underhanded business owner, this would be the company! Just for fun I will share one of the several situations I experienced with dealing with SOP Appliance.
After waiting an entire morning and afternoon for a noon appointment to repair the icemaker and several other issues with my new Frigidaire refrigerator, I called to Inquire about the tardiness of the appt and was told in a uncaring manner, that the technician would not be coming after all and, they would have to schedule

I did not know these guys before. I had a broken Microwave Oven and called the manufacturer to locate authorized service shops in my area and this was one of the repair places I was recommended. I called 2-3 places from the list recommended and of all, this service place was the only one that had a fixed service fee for an incident. Most other places had a per visit fee. Even though there were hardly any yelp reviews ( just 1 review ) , I had a good call with the folks and opted to try these guys out.
The lady that took the call was courteous and explained to me the process i.e. I pay a 65$ fee
