Victor came over. Quoted me $1,400!!!! What the actual hell! For a compressor? This is a less than 4 years old LG. He came up with a bunch of bogus crap. I ended up (thankfully listened to my wise wife) and called LG. It's $299. And apparently under warranty for 10 years!
This business is a scam, they are thieves, and crooks. Before coming here I called them to let them know I was disappointed, and the guy who answered said they were competitive etc. So I then came here. NEVER do business with these crooks. I don't know how they can sleep at night ripping people off.

Do not waste your time with the company. I called them to find out if they were an authorized repair for Miele clothes washer; they said "yes" under two different phone calls. After 3 different service calls, the problem was not solved, even though the technician (owner) said it was fixed. He refused to see my videos of two separate leaks. He fixed one but not the other leak and charged me $530. Bottom line, after he admitted the second leak needed a very expensive part replacement, I declined; a new machine would have cost less than the combined repair cost. In addition, I contacted

We had our compressor replaced on our fridge and spent $1400. After the repair, The fridge temp improved but never got back to the way it should be. We reached out again and now we apparently had a leak in the Freon line which would cost $900. Victor mentioned that they could maybe reimburse us something (not the full amount, which I would have been okay with) for the original repair. We tried to call multiple times and never got a response. Do NOT use this company. You will be over charged and no guarantee that the problem will be fully resolved. SCAM !!!!! I called this company to have my Samsung Fridge fixed because it was not cooling. Victor was the technician that came to take a look at it. He took a look at the fridge for less than 2 minutes and came up with a $900 estimate to fix it. I decided not to pay that amount and instead order the parts from Samsung to install myself. He immediately got angry when I told him I wouldn't have it fixed and would rather just pay the diagnostic fee. The technician was in a hurry from the start! He took out a flashlight and lit up the back inside of my fridge and stated that it would cost $795.00 to fix!!! In 3 minutes from my front door to the fridge front door he was going to say it cost $795. Unbelievable! He didn't even look at the back!! Or investigate any other parts. I was dumbfounded! Callout visit itself was fine, but good luck trying to get your invoice after! The person on the telephone was polite and trying to help, but I never received my invoice after the service visit... still didn't receive one after calling them asking for it... and yet again, still didn't receive one after calling them a 2nd time! I don't have time to keep calling them and asking for my invoice! I'm a private landlord and need invoices for my taxes, ARC needs to fix this issue asap! Never had this issue with ANY service center ever in my life!

Our biggest mistake was not looking over prior reviews. Our experience with Victor was much as so many others described here, except with inflated 2020 prices. Our problem was typical, a poorly functioning damper leaving the freezer colder and the refrigerator barely cool. Victor spent at most five minutes, likely less, determining that the damper was broken. I didn't see him take any measurements of temperatures or even open up the damper to investigate a simpler, cost efficient fix. When he stated the estimate for repair, I was in such disbelief that I had to ask him to repeat himself

Our Samsung oven locked its door and turned off the digital display after doing a self-clean. Googled it and found it was usually a thermo-coupler that gets fried when this brand cleans itself (Crazy). Anyway, I should have google-reviewed ARC and Victor. They were listed as one of the few Samsung approved reps in my area, so I called them. Was quoted $95 for a diagnostic service call. I want to be fair in my review. Our clothes dryer wouldnt spin, the power worked on the unit, just wouldnt spin. I called this company. They came on time. Diagnosed in less than 5 minutes and offered repair and price. I opted to have the repair made which the tech did in less than an hour. I was faced with buying a new dryer or fixing this one.of those two options, this was cheaper. Repair was completed and dryer works. The only thing I could say not positive was the price. The parts were $20-$30 for a pulley and 2 rubber wheels.i priced it. I really felt they over priced the work at $430. A reasonable

I called them at 7:10 am an a woman answered. It sounded like I woke her up from sleep. I told her my refrigerator needed repair. She called back and said the service guy would arrive between 9 am and 1 pm. No one showed up at 1 pm. I called and was told he was on his way and would arrive "soon". At 2 pm I called again. The same story. No one showed up. Finally at 3 pm, one guy in an unmarked car showed up. I told him he was 2 hours late and I had canceled the service call. NOT a reliable company at all.

BIG RIP OFF!! I sent ARC to fix the washing machine for my 88 yr old Mom. Victor spent 45 mins fixing a "broken latch" (not the problem) and then demanded $760. Mom felt pressured to pay right away without challenging the cost. Washer still not working, and can't get ARC (San Marcos) to return calls. Please do NOT hire these guys ... Total SCAM !!

I told Victor that my drain pump on my washer was defective and needed to be replaced. He took a brief looked at the unit and agreed. Then came the shocker. Victor said that it would cost $790 for the replacement!!! This was more than twice the amount quoted by other technicians. Then when I said that this is the highest quote I had received, he attempted to reduce the price of the repair to align with previous quotes.

I sent an email out on a Monday regarding my dysfunctional freezer. I received a reply within an hour and the repair technician - Viktor was at my house 10:00 sharp the next day. He repaired the freezer in a little over an hour for a reasonable price.
