So glad I called them first! Sarah was so helpful to get someone out to the house as soon as possible. Bart called when he was on the way, which was in the first hour of the time estimate. When he arrived, he was able to diagnose the problem quickly and even showed me how to find the warranty info with LG. Not working refrigerators are stressful but this process was quick + painless.

This company is fantastic. We’ve had a refrigerator that was leaking water into the bottom of the refrigerator. Technician showed up on time he was very knowledgeable, polite and professional. It was fixed in less than 40 minutes and it cost me a fraction of what I thought it would be. The other company quoted me almost $1000. They know what they are doing and they are honest.
Our 20 year old refrigerator is happy humming along once again.

I had an issue with what I thought was a water leak in my Fridge/Freezer (Smooth ice at the bottom of the freezer and leaking water under the fridge). Cesar was available to come by and take a look almost immediately. It turned out to be a clogged drain line in the freezer, which he fixed within 15 minutes and with no parts etc, cost me a fraction of what I'd feared. While he was there, I also asked about a wine fridge that wasn't working. He said it could be fixed, but recommend instead that I could probably buy a new for only slightly more than what it would cost to fix. He probably didn't make
