Outstanding service! We needed repair for a refrigerator leaking water. Abraham (owner of the company) came out as scheduled to give us an estimate. He is extremely experienced and was able to quickly give us a preliminary assessment of what he thought the problem could be and depending on a few factors, how much the repair would cost. He even offered advice on how we might be able to do some of it ourselves to save money if we wanted and gave us different options. We felt that he was very honest and saved us a lot of money by offering us solutions for sealing the part where water was leaking

Awful service. Do not use this company.. very unskilled, uneducated on products, and extremely rude customer service. Wasted a lot of missed time from work and they were unable to finish the job. Was a simple dishwasher fix another company came in and took care of it no problem. They should not be in business.

911 Appliance was the company chosen by my home warranty company to fix my oven (the door wasn't closing and a gasket needed to be replaced).
The technician came to diagnose the issue and we were told the parts would be ordered. After the parts arrived I called to schedule the appointment for them to come fix the oven, and I verified it was to install the new parts. When the technician called to say he was on his way he said it was to diagnose the issue, and the parts hadn't come in...
Eventually he came back and said he fixed the issues. Three months later, I just had to file another

Abraham came out but called 30 mins prior to the appointment to say he was on his way. GE refrig was not
Cold and freezer not working. He he knew right away the problem. Ordered the part, went and got it

The first technician, Jesse, installed a freezer gasket incorrectly so a new one had to be reordered. The second visit about 10 days later, Jesse along with his boss, Abraham, finally arrived after first going to the wrong city. The installation of the new gasket was so poor, that I asked for a refund. 911 is one of the worse appliance companies I have ever worked with. It was a complete waste of my time.

I had a refrigerator go bad phoned and called 911 Appliance. Although they have many repair persons, I was very luck and Abraham, the owner, came to check my refrigerator. He did not immediately tell us that he was the head cheese, but it was quickly apparent that he was 1) very smart and 2) had excellent knowledge of the appliance industry, particularly in San Diego.
Abraham told us that it was quite possible to repair my old unit, but it would be better in the long run to get a new one. He also recommended Whirlpool for refrigerators because they seldom need fixing and warned us against LG because

BEWARE!!!! No way would i ever consider this company again. I called to have an appliance looked at and they told me there is a fee to diagnose the problem. But it's waived if you have them do the work. Rude repair guy with no manners at all, clearly uneducated, asked to come a few hours early. I told him ok but i wont be home and my house keeper will let him in.

I needed a tech fast. Had a leaking refrigerator and I live upstairs and was leaving for a week. I didn't want to come home to a flood and a pissed downstairs neighbor. First guy on yelp couldn't come out for 2 weeks even tho I had the part I had overnighted from a website.
911 appliance sent someone out the next day. Jesse shows up on time and did a great job. 911 appliance said they don't work on Samsung but since I had the part they could make it happen. Called this company and left a message for a callback and didn't get one. Called again a little later, person answering doesn't apologize for not calling back at all. Person asked what the problem was and then advised they do not repair tankless water heaters. Great. Do you think it would have been helpful if you had called back to let me know? Had a great experience with this company. Called in the morning, and got an appointment time for that same day. Requested for them to call me half hour out since I was at work and would leave to meet them at my house, and they did.

I would NEVER do business with this company. Rude people. No returned phone calls. Not responsive. I was treated like a second-class citizen. Also, they COMPLETELY tried to rip me off on parts they ordered for an expensive range. They wanted over $500 for a part I ordered myself from Sears for $268. Please contact me for more details.

Called 911 Appliance yesterday because my refrigerator and freezer would not get cold enough. Not only were they able to schedule a next-day appointment, but they had the parts I needed on hand, and fixed everything in one trip! The repair guys have only been gone thirty minutes and there's already a night and day difference.
I'm adding their number into my phone so I never forget who to call, or recommend for an appliance issue.

Best service!!! My dishwasher wasn't draining all the way so I ran to yelp and found this business. They scheduled me an appointment with a typical 2 hour window for ghe next day. Abraham showed up 15 minutes after their courtesy call and was incredibly friendly. Quick and efficient, he diagnosed and serviced the dishwasher in about 20 minutes. If you have any appliance issues give these guys a call. It's a $40 service call if they don't perform any repairs and if they do, the minimum is $65, which I feel like is completely the norm. I forgot they have a $15 coupon online as well

These guys are simply exceptional!!! I bought a Frigidaire refrigerator from Lowe's. Just over a year after the fridge stopped working displaying error messages in the front panel. The guys at 911 Appliance came the same day, calling just before arriving. They fixed the issue by replacing the entire circuit board. Months later the fridge kept on giving us trouble. They came back and replaced the board one more time at no charge. They came on a Saturday as promised and got it working again. Our tech gave us his cell number in case something went wrong. I called because we were having trouble with our oven not lighting. They made an appointment for a tech to come out. He didn't show during the 2 hour timeframe. He came out later and said the master board was bad and it would cost nearly $600 to replace it.
I called a 2nd appliance repair company for another estimate and they diagnosed a bad oven switch...total cost under $150.

Very nice company! I got home from work and my fridge was not working. They came over in less than an hour! I couldn't believe it. I thought I'd have to make an appointment for the next day or even a couple days later and they came right over.
They fixed my fridge and I'm happy that I now have a fix it person to come over when I need them. Yae.
