Owner Adam came to fix/replace frig shelf broken plastic part, great job. Only neg was that he likely forgot to call once part arrived, but my reminder call got him back on track. Nice guy. Would recommend.

Really great team here! They were quick to get us on their schedule, despite the inclement weather now in San Diego, and their repair service was affordable. I can't say enough about the quick and honest work they did fixing our refrigerator . Planning to call them in the spring to repair our sprinter airstream fridge too! Thank you Econo appliance.

6 months after I ran into differences with Econo Appliance, one of the owners/managers decided to harass me and my place of work. At 1:46am Adam submitted a contact form on my employer's website, not to mention he did not know where I worked at without looking me up first. On top of harassing my employer, Adam made false accusations about my legal status. Watch out for this company, they will harass you and stalk you if something goes wrong.

Just used this company for the 2nd time in about 5 years. They did such a great job the first time years ago that I kept their info in my contact list until I'd need an appliance repair again. Luckily, I haven't had any appliance problems until a few weeks ago & naturally it was for appliances less than 2 years old. We bought a new Samsung fridge & some no name wine fridge, but our secondary fridge that's 10 years old was having a problem too.

Wow. These guys literally were at my home and had our fridge repaired in under an hour from the time of my initial call. I am so grateful that they were determined to squeeze us in same day. Victor was a thoughtful, friendly tech, and Naomi, who took my call, was sweet and so helpful. I own numerous rental properties, and Econo Appliance will definitely be my new go-to company for appliance repairs.

Called Econo for a second opinion as a competitor quoted us $795 to repair the stove top igniters. Brian came out and in less than 45 mins had them fixed. Never calling any other service again.

Nobody enjoys calling a company to fix an appliance. It's never a good time for stuff to break. But Econo Appliance made the process so easy! Super fast service and the technician who came out (Victor) was hands down the best service person I have ever had out to my house. He was extremely knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. He even called me over the weekend to ensure my appliance was working properly.

I won't hesitate to call them in the future. I am very happy to find a company that services such a large variety of appliances!!

Repairman Victor was on time, courteous, and informative about repairing our 22 year old Subzero. Cost was about what we expected and if we can get another few years out of the Frig then well worth it.

It's been quite an experience with Econo. While it didn't start off well, my technician (who was nice throughout) ultimately got the job done (dishwasher fix) and Adam the owner intervened and made sure I was satisfied with everything. They finished strongly and I feel much better about Econo. Adam really cares about his business and I appreciate his passion and wanting to do things right for his customers. I'll use them again and suggest you give them a try too.

They provided same day service when my elderly mother-in-law's freezer went out. It all seemed fine when Joe left, then the freezer began frosting every day forcing me to scrap the ice daily. I never experienced this before. When Joe returned he was quite rude saying that he fixed what we told him to fix. We didn't tell him what was wrong, we hired him to DIAGNOSE and fix the problem. He came back and said nothing was wrong and offered no solutions. It continued to frost daily. Luckily, I have a general handyman who diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Don't hire these guys if you

Victor came out 2/8 as I e mailed them the night before the freezer had ice in the bottom, I assumed it was the plug....they e mailed me and said he would contact us, and he did. He fixed it and it is working great.

Joe the owner is a wonderful business man and we have used their service many years for all appliances, they do their best to come immediately and all the workers have learned from Joe who tops.

Completed the job quickly but definitely overcharged. Look for other places before calling. Changing an igniter should not cost almost $200.

We have used Econo for our dishwasher repair and just recently called them for our dryer. Jack came the next day, was right on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, offered the solution at a very reasonable and fair price and did the job on the spot! He was very professional and explained why the dryer had stopped, and how we can prevent the same problem in the future.

We highly recommend Jack and his company for any appliance issues!

So why 5 stars ? well........refrigerator water line leak issues...
Set appointment for following day ...then got a call to see if they could come by on the same day .... This is great ...sooner the better.
Joe was very polite ......did not mind our dogs who sniffed him for 3 seconds then took a nap. He identified the problem quickly ( where the water line was leaking any why the leak kept reoccurring)....and then explained why this was happening and fixed both the water line and the underlying cause. (Which was totally overlooked by another company's repair tech x 2 previous visits)

I was having problems with my freezer, and after trying to fix it myself I called Econo appliance. Victor was the tech who came out, diagnosed the problem, fixed it quickly and at a fair price. He even called me later just to follow up to make sure everything was working well. Fast service, excellent repair skills, fair prices. What more can you ask for Thank you to Victor and Econo Appliance!

Wow!!! I'm so happy I found Econo appliance!
My refrigerator wasn't staying cold.. I called my warranty company to fix it-they said that the part I needed was discontinued, but JOE was able to take my part and get it repaired and now my fridge works like a champ. This is by far the best appliance repair company I've ever used. If any appliance breaks I will for sure call them back! You will not find a repair person that knows more then Joe. He is a dedicated service person that actually cares, unlike the warranty companies.

Three stars as simply Okay.
Here are my concerns. its a 65 dollar diagnostic. That took two minutes to perform
The part was 50 dollars? Little plastic switch.
There is a 90 dollar minimum labor fee? They didn't explain that on the phone.
Still not sure why there is both a dianotistic fee and min labor fee?
Total bill was 145 dollars and the repair took 15 minutes
By my calculations, these guys earn 600 dollars an hour?
Oh yeah, the technician left a part of the replaced switch in the machine wash basin.
I found it after I had test run the machine.

As a Realtor I rely on good vendors to take care of my seller and buyer clients. I have called on Econo Appliance six times in the past three weeks and they have not let me down. There is one situation that especially stands out: a client recently had an issue with his upscale refrigerator, he called his home warranty company, they quoted $600 for the repair and were very unprofessional (Appliance 911 to be exact). He called me very frustrated and I contacted Econo Appliance, they made the repair onsite for $145 and the client was extremely happy.

I needed four appliances checked out for repair and/or maintenance. Econo quoted a very reasonable price to come check them out, Brandon called, gave me an arrival time frame which I very much appreciated and arrived within that time frame. He was extremely professional and knew what he was doing. He told me what needed to be done, gave me options, never pushed, and expertly fixed what needed fixing. I am very impressed with Econo Appliance Service, will use them again, and plan to tell my friends about them.

My Kenmore washer broke around noon, Friday, just before the weekend wash rush! Sears couldn't come out for 4 days. These guys could came round 2 hours after my call, their call out rate was almost half that of Sears, and the work was done there and then and I was back washing by 3:30! Excellent job.
