Great experience! From the 1st moment I talked to Edward, I knew I was in good hands. Service was prompt, courteous and they do their best. The technician was very knowledgeable. Pricing was fair. They even discounted the initial quote because some parts were in good shape upon lookin during visit.

"K" is the best technician ever. We have had him repair appliances for us and he really knows the appliances. He is efficient and doesn't waste time getting to the problem and handling it. Agent K was awesome, and the entire experience was great! I called in for an appointment request after seeing their reviews on Yelp. One of our refrigerators stopped cooling pretty suddenly, and needed to diagnose to see the best course of action. Within an hour, Agent K was onsite to troubleshoot and guide us to resolution.

We had a fire in our broiler and I was hesitant to use the oven or broiler for fear of unseen damage. Kirill "K" was the technician that came out and was absolutely wonderful. He called 20 mins before arriving which gave me time to get home before he arrived and promptly put my mind to ease. Very nice and professional will definitely use again if needed.

Courteous, on time and a very knowledgeable technician (Kiril). He did the diagnosis and repair on the spot (no power to my wall oven). All done in less than 30 minutes and - no kidding - for less than 10% of what a new oven would have cost. Saved me a TON of money!

Super honest about what was a necessary repair and how I should spend my money. Kirill (K) was very friendly and courteous. He gave me quick lesson on how the refrigerator works and what type is most reliable if I need to replace the one I have. Luckily, the issue was easily resolved and he was on his way in no time. My dryer broke and the places my Home Warranty company wanted to set me up with had horrible reviews and were showing a 10 to 14 day wait, to get them to even come out and look at it. 858 got me in the next day and the technician, Gor, was awesome! I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anybody else !

Ed called me right away and after talking with him, he helped me figure out a more cost effective way of getting my LG fridge rather than using him. He called me already knowing what the issue likely was, gave me some really great background info and saved me the trouble of paying a service fee (and a lot of money in the end). I was extremely pleasantly surprised with this company. I called to get my stove burner fixed and Kirill or "K" was on time, friendly, courteous and very professional. He fixed the stove very quickly and did not overcharge me. The prices are very reasonable and I'll definitely be calling again when I need them for appliance repair. (We all know it's a matter of when, not "if"). I would love for more businesses to be this pleasant to deal with.

First off I did not actually use this repair service. The reason for this is that Edward is a super honest person who advised me to not fix my broken down dishwasher. Who does that? Only honest people, and for that reason he deserves a five star review and earns consideration for any future business from me. He ought to strongly earn your consideration for business as well.

I requested a quote for the repair of my LG front load washer. The drum stopped spinning. I got a hold of a technician on the phone to further explain the situation and he advised me that it's not worth repairing since it would be a major overhaul. I love businesses that are very honest. If I ever need repairs in the future I will definitely reach out to 858Appliance.

Simply amazing! My dryer started to make a horrible noise. Called 858 and the owner Eddie got back to me within 5mins and had a repair guy out to my house the next day and it was Memorial Day weekend. The repair man K was amazing. He figured out the problem and he tried to order the part but due this Covid-19 the part was out of stock. So he came back a few days later and tore it apart and repaired it himself. He even gave me a guaranteed 30day warranty on his work. This company is amazing and we got quoted a price for repairs but since the part wasn't in stock, K repaired it and charged me

I called because my mom's fridge is making a weird smell. After explaining everything to the gentleman on the phone he said "well I don't want to charge you for nothing" and proceeded to explain what was most likely going on with our fridge. No service charge, just professional advice over the phone. He told us to keep an eye out and give them a call if anything changes. A+ for excellent customer service!

Arthur was great, he went back to supplier to pick up part and came back to finalize work with in an hour.
