Having read numerous reviews I was obviously apprehensive of my experience but everything went smoothly. My dishwasher stopped working just prior to Christmas and I filed a service request with my home warranty company who assigned it to Antech. The next day I received a call to schedule an appointment. The first appointment available was 12/27 and I received automated notifications reminding me of the appointment and when they were on the way. I've been having issues with my dishwasher where the soap will just fall along the wall and stay in the corner undissolved during washing period. First American Warranty assigned Antech Appliances over to my house. The dispatcher scheduled me 2 days out and Andrey arrived to my property. He was able to examine the pressure, pull out the filters inside, and did many quick tests with washing and draining. He found no issues and did an actual test with the soap and was able to prove that the dishwasher was working just fine and the soap dissolved as normal. He stayed and did electronic diagnostic

If I could give minus stars I would. Two different technicians on two separate days from this 'company' came out to fix my refrigerator...the first one shrugged his shoulders and said "I don't know" and the second made up a reason, said it was fixed and then left. Shocker, it isn't fixed. AND the best part, they reported "no failures" to my home owners insurance company! If you are looking for a company to do any repairs, PLEASE do yourself a favor and KEEP looking past this joke of a company.

ZERO STARS! I Just had them out for a refrigerator repair through my warranty company. Once they arrived I remember the last time they came out they were so bad I had to get another company to repair my oven. They came out 3 times and couldn't repair it. The techs are rude, never fix anything, and treated me poorly. I pay a lot of money every month to my warranty company, and they act like I'm some crook trying to rip them off for an old appliance that has broken down. But really the warranty company has made thousands of dollars off me in the 10 years I've had them and maybe use

Another company that appears to exists solely for the purpose of wringing out money without doing anything. Another example of the need for zero-star ratings in Yelp.

We had a petroleum-like smell coming out of our newish dishwasher after about 20 minutes into the wash cycle. The dishwasher was under warranty, so the warranty company contracted the job to Antech Appliances. In turn Antech dispatched an alleged repair technician, Andrey. There was a slight language barrier as the "tech" spoke with a thick Russian accent. We explained the problem and he didn't seem to understand.

I would give zero stars if it was an option. They flagged my previous review and had it removed. First I called and was told the technician was in my part of town all day and I requested the last appointment and was told "I can't see why that would be a problem". That never happened. In a dangerous rain storm with high wind the technician who was given the option to go see another client or wait chose to wait. As I arrived he left and would not stay. WOW. The first thing I should have checked was the reviews of this vendor before Home Warranty sent a tech to my home. This vendor is nothing if not consistent in their poor ratings and it is for good reason.

The tech was friendly and in and out within 2 minutes if that. Our microwave door was cracked on the side in the area adjacent to where the handles would be located on the top and bottom. The tech said appliances are cheaply made of plastic and break all the time these days. He said he would put the report in and get the parts ordered for a new door. Literally the worst company I've ever dealt with. We went through our home warranty and we're assigned antech to fix our dishwasher. We went back and forth for 2.5 months before the warranty finally agreed to fire antech and hire another company. The other company literally got us an appointment and fixed the problem in 2 days, doing what antech couldn't (or wouldn't because they get paid more for multiple visits) in 2.5 months. Go literally anywhere else. Or maybe YouTube how to fix your problem because it'd be more efficient to teach yourself than it is to work with

RUN FORREST RUN! Negative stars. I wish I read Yelp first, we too had an ASHS Home Warranty call and the goon that came out clearly didn't want to be here, he was rude, dismissive and after two minutes of saying "nothing I can do." and tried to leave. When I made him return to the house he again was ruder, impatient, dismissive and literally pushed his way out and left. No resolution, no explanation, no repair. $75.00 service call wasted.

Worst repair company I've ever used. Took multiple technicians several trips to come diagnose and fix our fridge. After a month of waiting on them to take care of the repair, it turns out they replaced the wrong part. Total waste of time. They give a six hour call window, which means I had to line out an entire day for them three different times. They scratched our floors three times (during each house call) and left a huge mess around the fridge when they finally replaced the wrong part. The technicians are incredibly rude. How are they in business??

Would give negative stars if I could. This company is dishonest, unreliable, and needs to be put out of business. They were the company assigned to repair our washing machine through the home warranty company. They came 3 times and were unable to repair the washing machine and told us they would tell the warranty company it needed to be replaced. Days later the home warranty company tells us Antech found a "bra wire" in our washing machine that caused damage and it would not be covered. This was a shock because they never said anything about a wire on Friday when they came and failed

This company is a complete JOKE. My home warranty company First American assigned this company to look into a gas leak problem of the gas stove. The matter is rather urgent. I was shocked that they offered me a virtual appointment to diagnose the issue. I am no expert here but it would be common sense that no one would be able to do with type of diagnosis without physically presence. After I pressed it a few times, they finally said they can send a real person to site 6 days from the calling date.

In additional, no one was answering the phone during the first three times I called during normal

The worst of the worst of the worst. Avoid like the plague. I canceled and fixed the plumbing issue myself as I know their racket. The chick who answers the phone (when she answers the phone) is so completely inept and horrible at her job it is mind-boggling. I would have waited weeks had I hired them on, and even after canceling my appointment over the phone, this idiot still sent the tech to my house a week after I had already done the repair myself. Never, ever let your home warranty send Antech to your home. Call them and ask for a list of approved vendors and do your own due diligence to find

Our refrigerator went out Apr 12th. Our Home Warranty hired Antech to diagnose and fix our refrigerator. It took them over 6 weeks to get a part that was available online the same day the unit went out. We had to constantly call for an update on the part with zero results from Antech. Finally, after going over a month without a refrigerator, I got our home warranty company involved. Magically the part was on order. Three weeks later after that call, and six weeks after the unit went out they come out to repair the refrigerator. Surprise, the part they ordered didn't fix the refrigerator. So

SLOW:
Took weeks to get an appointment.

INCOMPETENT:
After waiting for the appointment. They couldn't fix, had to order a different part, then come back again. 3 weeks to order the part. I can see the part online available next day from many sites. Common part, can easily source, they clearly aren't honest about the reason for the delay which is likely because they have incompetent techs who can't fix anything right.

FAILURE:
After 8 weeks to get a simple repair, exactly 31 days after the repair, the same part failed. They would not replace under warranty.

Was assigned Antech by my home warranty company to fix my non-working microwave and malfunctioning refrigerator.
First tech came out a whopping 2 weeks later, to do a diagnostic.
They ordered parts, which took a month to come in.
Scheduled an appointment 2 weeks after this, missed the appointment (I had to miss a day of work to stay home, they did not show up after confirming the appointment the night before)
They re-scheduled another week out, missed the appointment again, then called me to tell me the tech was sick that day (there is no other tech in the entire city). Attempted to re-schedule

4 attempts at fixing a washer unit and still on-going.
1st attempt: Diagnosis and needed to order parts. 2 weeks until next appointment is available.
2nd attempt: Called in sick 2 hours into the appointment window
3rd attempt: Same tech. went to fix the washer and said they needed two tech's to do the job. Cancelled appointment.
4th attempt: Claimed washer was fixed. Left job. Tenants ran the washer and it still will not empty the water. Next appointment scheduled from Antech is 3 weeks out. Picture is the current state of the washer.

***BILLING FRAUD ALERT***

Antech Appliances was assigned to my ticket via First American Home Warranty, lucky me.. The technician was fine - he did an ok job that ultimately fixed the problem but needed me to provide him with towels and stuff that I had to wash after (unprepared much?).

When it came time to make the payment, I asked for a receipt and he reluctantly gave me one. Fast forward 2 months and I'm logging into my First American portal to make payment on another service request. I learn that I still apparently have an outstanding balance for the Antech Appliances work order. I

Just a follow up on what happened, another tech company came and AHS granted to give us a replacement washer and dryer instead.

The tech that came to assess the situation looked at it, confirmed it's not a misuse. There were no exterior damage (dents on the unit), so the damage would have only come from the inside. The object was big enough to crack a drum, too big to fit through the holes from the actual washer, therefore it would have been off of a particle that got loose from the initial repair.

When we mentioned our incident with the new tech, he said he has heard many similar stories
