Andrew of Atlas Appliance repair had his work cut out for him with my GE washer. To his credit he stuck to it, after troubleshooting an elusive problem, finished the job and washer is up and running. My fridge went out on the same day. Atlas Appliance was the only company who was able to send someone to National city on the same day.

We had service on our refrigerator by the technician from Atlas Appliance Repair. He was amicable, professional, and rapidly found the source of issue which was connected to the ice maker. By giving the problem a great deal of thought, and by process of elimination, he solved the problem and saved us a great deal of trouble and expense. We will be using Atlas Appliance for any future service.

I had a problem with my washer door boot and when the technician from another company came he told me that it would cost me twice more $ than the price that was provided by Atlas. The job was perfect. The technician was punctual, professional and attentive. Moreover he was wearing a mask during the whole working process. I will definitely hire him again

Andrew had his work cut out for him with my GE washer. He easily coped with it, after making a diagnosis of an elusory problem, finished the job and now my washer is working well. The technician that came out from another company told me that the unit to be replaced was 2 in 1 so it would cost almost $500 to repair. Andrew reached me and after seeing the model he told me that it wasn’t true and guaranteed me he could replace the piece for less than 1/2 of that. He came out fixed it reviewed everything and made sure it worked. We were going to spend 6x as much $$ on a new dryer. We don’t have that much money so this was truly a blessing!

We are using this company the second time. The reason why is because Andrew is a professional in his line of business. He is very punctual, fair with his prices for his services and honest. He is not trying to upsell you anything. Only offers services that are related to the issue. I have a Thermador fridge and freezer and one day my freezer stoped working. I thought, well, it’s time to buy a new one. But when I saw the current prices I decided to check it with Andrew what are my options first. He came to check the freezer and said that the compressor is overheating and then it stops working

Andrew is absolutely AMAZING! this is our 2nd time using his services. The 1st was a dryer he rocked and today fridge/freezer. I was afraid of the cost. the last repair person charged me almost $500 for the ice maker which lasted 5 mos. But Andrews prices much more reasonable. He repaired it quickly. He is always very polite and honest. Made it almost seem less to get the fridge fixed. Sets my mind at ease for any future appliance issues i will have.

We had a Frigidaire freezer which was not keeping cool temperature, booked a service through Thumbtack, and Andrew responded and came out within the same day. The problem turned out to cost more to repair than to get a new one. He gave an honest estimate even though he didn't get the repair business at the end, and he also provided some suggestions on the new purchase.
