Even though we didn't end up getting a repair with Teckrom for our Samsung refrigerator, the exploration of our problem was extremely thorough and easy to understand, helping to guide us toward our solution. Teckrom are experts in their craft and would be my first call next time I need a repair.

Teckrom rocks!! Joseph the technician was very friendly and sweet. He fixed the lid switch on my dryer efficiently at a fair price. Definitely recommend!!

Buyer beware. After contacting Techron we waited 3 days for service because we were told our washer would need a part . Radu arrived was professional and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem with our Duet Washer and although it did not require a part we waited for, the repair cost was $75 for him just to show up and $100 for less than 20 min to complete the repair. ( A rate of $300 an hour.) The invoice for the repair was provided by email after Radu left .

I used Teckrom many many times in the past few years. They are by far the best in business. I never had any issue. They will always be trustworthy. Highly recommend them even if you need to wait a bit for their availability.

I contracted with Teckrom to replace a client's damaged refrigerator panel (right door). Cristian was punctual, responsive, reasonably priced and the client was very pleased with the install. Was able to fix my refrigerator with in a couple of days and it's still working. Price was fair considering the increase in prices for parts. Always fix your appliances instead of buying new ones.

The owner "Cosmin" called me after my review and still told me that the drain hose wasn't the problem, but he was sorry I didn't have a good experience. He then said he was going to refund me the $350 I had spent. It's been over 3 weeks since our call. I've received nothing from Techrom, and guess what, the washer has performed flawlessly since replacing the $15 drain hose. Lying to your customers is bad business.

I recently had Teckrom come out to fix my LG washing machine. The tech knew exactly what the issue was right away and since they are a certified LG service center, he had the right parts. I messaged them on a Wednesday evening and they came out right away Friday morning. Good communication throughout the entire process. My washer works great now. Thank you!

The owner call me and after explaining my problems with my Maytag washing machine he was very HONEST and told me that my machine was too old and I should save my money and buy a new machine. For that reason alone I recommend this guys to do work.

Such a great company to work with. From the office staff coordinating multiple services to fit our needs to our technician Gabriel. He showed up within the time frame, wore proper covid protection, and even removed his shoes when he didn't have to. He fixed our tv and was very friendly. Very much recommend this company and Gabriel.
