Mike and his team did a fantastic job from start to finish! They installed vinyl fencing along the front of my house to replace my wooden fencing that was falling apart. Don't do business with them. Had a gate installed by them. Only 2 month later the hinge is not line up already. Tried to text to to the sales person Daniel and was told it just an adjustment on the hinge. It will be taking cared soon (June 2021). Now is 8/31/2021 and I am still waiting. I also filed complaint with BBB.
I tried to call them and the phone's message was full. I could not leave a message or get return on my text at all. Bad company.

Wow!!! Wow!! Wow!! These guys had been selling me pieces of 7/8x3x16 for $90 dollars not to mention it's the cheapest quality Vinyl that's out there. Just went to another place and FOUND OUT HOW MUCH I WAS GETTING RIPPED OFF! Same size but this is made in the USA and Superior quality product for $22. Not to mention how horrible the Management is but I love the front desk lady.IF YOUR SMART STAY AWAY

Called for a quote. Daniel Came out and gave me a quote. Said it would take approx. 6 weeks for the order to arrive. I signed a contract and gave them the required deposit. After not hearing back by the 7th week I e-mailed and called them several times before I got a responce. I finally got ahold of someone who gave me an install date. I made sure I was home on that date and no one showed up. No one called either to let me know they would not be there. I again tried to reach out to them and again after several tries and several days they finally answered and said they were trying to free

This company never got back to after sending a check for insufficient fUnda. They did no work and when they decided they couldn't go the job they promised to return my deposit. I included a picture of the check on my first post. Be very careful. Check there Better Business review. D- or Google Reviews. Beware of fake reviews. They can't cover a check for &140 dollars.

This company could not complete by job weeks after promised. After much run around, I got a refund check. THE CHECK BOUNCED. It was returned for insufficient funds. Enough said. Do you want to do business with a company that bounces a $140 refund check. They also do business under other names, my contract said Smart Vinyl, my “refund” said US Vinyl. BEWARE!!! Check with Better Business Bureau review!

I had two gates installed in June 2020. One was installed correctly. The other one not. It is missing hardware, and is crooked, and does not match up when closed. The installation was done when I was not home and they showed up unannounced.
I paid for the work. Since then I have emailed this company, sent photos, and spoke with the owner. It takes months of calling daily to possibly speak with someone. When I have, staff has told me that the owner has instructed them to NOT send anyone for repairs for months. When I demanded repairs their tech

I wish I can give them 0 star. Stay 100 miles away from them. Totally unreliable and unprofessional. It’s been over 40 days since I gave them deposit and they had been giving me excuses every day. They had given me installation dates at least 10 times and all of those times no one showed up. I’ll be engaging my lawyer to get my money out from them and claim them for the damages.

My husband reached out for an estimate, Gary K came out and quoted us a fair price. We decided to get a dividing neighbor fence and our front side gate. The dividing neighbor fence was installed in one day, great Hispanic/Latin employees. There was two of them and they did an amazing clean job. Our side gate wasn't ready at the same time but Gary made sure we were well taken care of in the following weeks. Once the side gate was installed both my husband and I weren't happy about some gaps. My neighbor used this co. they fixed my neighbors fence and left a big gap between my house and the neighbors house they said they would come and fix it mind you we had a fence that they took down its going on 3 weeks now .good luck getting hold of someone or getting the right answer whoever i spoke with said don't worry will have it done before end of this week that was last week i was going to have some work done by this company .I wouldn't even have them build a fence for my dog house liars not people of there word

I had a scheduled appointment between 12pm and 2pm today. I rearranged my schedule to be here and let him know I was doing so.
Gary not only didn't bother showing up, he didn't call either. I posted this review and immediately received a call from Gary explaining that there was a tragedy in his family and he apologized. Before we could reschedule the appointment again, he asked me to remove my review. Hmmmm, something doesn't sound right. I read through the rest of the reviews and realized that this is a common occurrence.

My experience with them has been horrible. This company has terrible customer service, not returning phone calls and letting the customer know that their installers would not be showing up. Twice appointments were made for installation, and no-one showed up. I had to call the company, and was told the first time the installers were sick, and the second time I was told that one of the installers wives had Covid. I got a relatively small and easy job done back in November 2017. The job was good but the installers left the entire wall dirty with cement residue. On top of that, I had requested and paid for a self-locking spring for the door because I have a toddler and don't want him sneaking over to the other side where I plan on putting a pool in the near future. The installers failed to install the self-locking spring and I immediately reached out to Harry, who made the deal, to have it fixed.
