Brandon (the owner) has been great to work with during my remodel. If you call or text him at 6AM on a Sunday morning... he will answer!. They did a great job replacing all my windows and doors, and he did a lot of carpentry work in my home. Him & his crew increased all the interior doors from 7 feet to 8 feet, installed new modern glass interior doors and baseboards. squared off areas of the exterior home that were curved to straight, added windows where there was none, replaced windows with sliding glass doors, installed smart glass that goes from clear to opaque. 5 stars! February 2021 - I contracted the services of Secure Window Solutions for the installation of 10 impact windows & 1 impact french door. I am over the moon pleased with the crew that performed installation and the overall outcome. The project started on Wednesday, finished on Friday afternoon, with a passed inspection on Monday morning. Brad & Brandon, the owners were super responsive and I can't say enough great things about Katherine who handles the front office operations. I was referred to Secure Window Solutions by a family friend that ranted and raved about Brad and Brandon. I could not agree more. Brad and Brandon are the 2 most professional business owners I have come across in South Florida. I was having an issue with water intrusion in one of my windows. When Brad came to my house, he did a full inspection. (had several others come out and not one performed an inspection, they just wanted to sell and run) he thoroughly explained the scope of

After our experience with Brandon and Brad at SWS, we will never use or recommend to our family and friends ANY other company for doors and windows. The installers were such gentlemen. The consideration and care they used was unparalleled. Literally NO MESS. It was A PLEASURE to have them in our home. They taped off and even laid sheets of protective plastic around each and every work area, cleaning and vacuuming the entire way so there was NO DUST! It was as if they were never there.
