The owner,Jeff, is extremely professional and responsive. The quality of the door purchased was excellent. There was a delay in getting the product due to the pandemic and there were some issues caused by the manufacturer none of which were the fault of Access. Access saw to it that the issues were resolved in as timely a manner as possible. The installation was excellent. Highly recommend Access.

We shopped around before buying, Vinyl vs Aluminum, for several bids/quotes. After close to a year of trying to be a Good Educated Consumer. Went back to 1st bid from ACCESS, and had total house switch to Aluminum. They have many top quality Hurricane window & door choices . Terms & prices are great. We had a very positive experience with Access Doors & Windows. We heard of them from a neighbor who was pleased with their value, service level and cleanliness. Owner Jeff was quick to come out and evaluate the job and rapidly provided a detailed quote for a full-home installation of impact windows and doors, as well as garage doors that are up to code. You can expect a considerable wait for the specific windows/doors to be manufactured by PGT (at least in our case, and noting that few if any of our openings are standard sizes). In approximately 3 months, our installation began. We were very lucky

Access Doors & Windows did an amazing job from start to finish. I first hired them to repair our garage door and, at that time, learned they installed impact windows. Honest and professional are the two words to sum this company up. They are quick to respond to messages and answered all my questions.
