Alex (owner) came out Sunday AM to address a late-Saturday call for a repair of a garage door opener that had come off ceiling mount. Arrived on time Sunday and was able to quickly fix console. Fix was great improvement over original mounting mechanism. Alex was very friendly and professional. COVID protocols were followed (masked, etc.) Price was very reasonable and based on weekday not Sunday rates, I assume because of the Saturday call (very fair). Would definitely use again. Highly recommended.

Can a garage door opener be luxurious? If so, these belt-driven openers are quiet LUXURY. My whole house no longer rattles while my garage doors are operating. And the service was outstanding. The foreman even programmed my car for me. I could have had the one broken opener fixed, but they were 18-years-old and due for replacement. They were so appreciative of the fact that I thought to clear the garage out, so they could have clear access to the openers.

AWESOME service! Alex came out (Accokeek, MD) to give a quote the same day we called and set up an installation time/date for the same week. The online estimate was emailed the day of the in-person . The estimate and was precisely detailed and easy to understand. The installers (Barry and Tim) arrived right on time (actually they were on-site 10 minutes early and called to let us know and get approval to come sooner) and were very pleasant and professional. The price was very reasonable and Alex covered multiple scenarios for various options such as: windows or no windows, insulation or not

When our garage door spring broke a few weeks ago, we called DND Garage Doors to fix it and are very glad we did! Not only was the spring in need of replacement, but for just a bit more cost, Alex replaced it and the rusty side rails and the rotted door itself, and connected it up to the electric door opener. The work was done in a timely manner, for a very reasonable price. We couldn't be happier and highly recommend Alex and DND Garage Doors!!

Alex was responsive and very helpful. Our cable broke and we ended up fixing the cable and replacing the springs for a very reasonable price. I didn't feel like I was getting up charged like other companies. Definitely recommend this company. We also got a 3 year warranty at no extra charge.

This is a great company! It is important to me to hire local, small businesses, and this is a fine example. Alex's company is DND garage doors, but maybe it should be DNA garage Doors instead. He is responsive, kind and patient while I pestered him with questions about how it works, his opinions about quality, durability and more.

These guys are great. I had a broken Spring on my garage door (which I probably made worse by trying to fix it on my own) and they came out the next morning and made everything great again at a reasonable price.

The tech was great. Polite, friendly and fixed the problem fast. He even called ahead before he came over.

One of the pulleys on our garage door snapped off and broke right before I was supposed to leave town on a business trip. I called DND and they came out promptly and fixed the door on the spot! Pricing was extremely competitive, and the repair man was very polite and professional.

He also did not try to upsell me on anything - I actually had to ask if there was anything else I might need! I ended up having him replace the springs and door rollers as well, and the door now runs smoother and quieter than it ever did in the past. HIGHLY recommended!!!

I called just days after Christmas to repair my garage door and I was certain I'd be scheduling a visit for at least a week out, but the nice guy on the phone with the Northeastern accent said someone could be by the next day. Sweet.

Alex called me (as I was told he would) about 30 minutes prior to showing up to my house. He diagnosed the issue with my door in less than 5 minutes and had it replaced and back in business within 20-25 minutes after that.

Quick, straightforward service. And reasonable pricing to boot.
