Robert provided exceptional service. Not only dod he fix the broken springs but he also found few future problems to include a frayed cable on my other door. He suggested solutions and had all the spare parts to finish without goibg to get more parts. Well done repair with a five year warranty. Customer for life.

Sorry that I'm late with this review. Put in online request on 5/3/2021. Received a response by text within 5 minutes. Had contacted other companies that never followed up so I was happy for the quick response. Made an appt for 5/5 with Robert who actually came early. He explained what had to be done, gave a price, and set an appt for 5/10. I needed some more information so Robert brought it by before the doors were installed. Isais and the other installer were so thorough and patient with my husband who watched everything. They installed the two doors and openers really fast. We loved the work

Saturday afternoon and the garage door would not move. As a medical doctor and an attorney, we needed to get the cars out of the garage. I Googled for the "Best..."; Premium Doors got a 5.0 review and I called their number. Within 3 hours they were at our home. Robert did a terrific job, along with treating me like I was the Prince of Wales...the King of England.

This is my second experience with this company and I cannot stress how impressed I am with their amazing customer service and professionalism. Both Ben and Robert are fantastic.
I called this morning regarding a cable issue that was preventing the garage door from opening....hence trapping my vehicle inside.
Within a few hours Ben was there and made the necessary repair.
If I could give this company more than 5 stars .....I definitely would.
