On a Saturday morning a garage door extension spring broke, the door would not open, I called around 8 am Monday, Jose arrived around 9 am, he assessed the problem and started work quickly. Some additional parts were damaged and he was ready to replace them. Jose was friendly, easy to talk with, explained all the issues he found, offered options to resolve the issues. I highly recommend Family Prestige Garage Doors.

My wife and I had one of our springs snap in half. I called the company that installed the door as well as did maintenance for us in the past. After waiting three weeks and not hearing back, I contacted Family Prestige Garage Doors. In less than 24 hours of my inquiry, I had two very knowledgeable and professional garage door specialists at my house!! Our garage door is in much better condition now than it was 24 hours ago! They replaced both springs and performed a complimentary garage door tuneup!!! Family Prestige will get all my future business and I would recommend them to anyone!!

The installation was something to behold! Couldn't believe one young man was going to install two doors by himself, but he did! Second to the quality, price was the pride he had to his family-owned business. He knew his workmanship was a reflection on his parents and brothers! His brother got the contract from me and he expressed the same reason for making sure I would be satisfied with Family Prestige.
