After consulting with a couple of other local companies , I decided to try In The Sky for my surveillance needs. Although I reside in a very quiet and safe neighborhood, I wanted to feel a little more comfortable . I called In The Sky for an estimate to install security cameras outside of my home that would be hard-wired in with a NVR, plenty of storage and with the capability of cameras recording at night. Mr. Ronny promptly returned my call and came to my home to provide me with an estimate. A few days later we discussed installation date and all details that would take place that day

With a recent spike in crime in our neighborhood we decided to install security cameras . Emailed In The Sky after reading and hearing great things about them. The owner Ronny came out and was extremely knowledgeable and advised of the best camera locations and a system to meet my budget.
Since I had to get this approved through my HOA, Ronny provided detail images and drawings of the system layout on my house. HOA approved right away. The guys that came out to do the actual install were very professional and courteous. The guy in charge of the install was very patient and would make changes

In the Sky gave a very competitive quote for security install. You have to be a bit persistent in reaching them as they seem fairly busy. The guys came out as scheduled and installed wired hikvision cameras which works great and explained how it all works. The windows program from Hikvision is a bit clunky and I wish they included a manual since it has so many options but overall a good experience and I would utilize them again.

Installed our cameras 4 years ago with no issues or problems at all. Recently called for service on one camera that wasn't working. Nikolas was timely, courteous, friendly and above and beyond helpful. He, along with Mark (a newby in Marks words) took a look at all of our cameras and not just the one that we originally called to service. They even cleaned our lenses for more clarity! 10/10 recommend.

I normally wouldn’t write a bad review unless the merchant is really bad and in the Sky hasn’t being very good and has failed at customer service. I have been having trouble with the cameras for the past year, since they installed it. Cameras will not replay recorded events, and I spend allot of money for the cameras not to work. Half the time it's black screen or white screen with no images. The other half of the time you cannot access any video at all. In The Sky keeps telling it's a network issue yet they will not come out for a service unless you pay them and I have pay them twice to fix

Called them for a quote after Eagle Sentry wanted more than originally quoted in their estimate. They came out, gave me their estimate, which was ONE THIRD of what Eagle wanted (and still HALF of what Eagle originally told me but then raised at the last minute). I arranged to have them do the job, and they showed up on time and got the job done in about 6 hours. Installed a full camera system for me that I bought before hand. I found In The Sky on google and all the reviews were right! Ronny and Isaac are great! I installed a 10 camera system, some with microphones, 2 screens and some other features. Everything went smooth. I had a issue to which they responded quickly and came back to fix with no questions asked! Ronny texted and emailed several estimates expediently so we could decide on the options we wanted. Ronny uses high quality cameras and a DVR system by HikVision.
