So I got estimates from dream home exteriors and the other major local competitor from here for a new roof and 3 new skylights. The local competitor came in with a higher price AND used high pressure sales tactics. Basically telling me that I could only get 10% off their price that day AND that materials would be 30% more expensive next week. Mind you this was after about an hour sales presentation where the rep went over the history of his company, displayed products, etc. I am so glad I waited to get an estimate from Matt from Dream Home Exteriors. He didn’t put me through an hour sales presentation

Dream Home did an excellent job of replacing our roof and gutters. I would highly recommend this contractor. We got bids from four roofing contractors and Dream Home gave us the best offer. Matt, the owner also made the most professional presentation. He said the roof would be completed in two days. I was skeptical because we have a large house. But indeed the work was completed in two days and the finished product looks great. Matt recommended a tile color compatible I with the color of our brick and his recommendation was on the money. We have the best looking roof in the neighborhood because of dream home exteriors. We had Derek work with our insurance company after a storm and we got the whole roof with skylight and gutters replaced. Really polite and easy to work with.

Dream Home Exteriors was extremely professional and courteous from the very beginning of our tear-off and new roof installation. They were always on time. They were attentive to our questions and made sure we understood what was happening each step of the process. They had great attention to detail, and often went above and beyond the expectation. (They spray painting the vent stack to match our roof when most companies would have just left it white.) Clean-up of the tear-off was great, taking additional care to protect our landscaping. Overall I would recommend DHE to any of my friends and family

Very impressed with the quality, care and speed this company utilized in completing the installation of my new roof. The work crew was incredibly professional and worked together as an effective team. from the time they initially started early in the am to the time the finished in the early evening the were consistently organized.
Did I mention they completed my brand new roof in one day? I have watch some of my neighbors roof repairs take several days or more to complete.

This company was outstanding from start to finish. Everything they promised came through. Very professional, respectful and responsive. Highly recommend without reservation. Worked with Derek mainly and he couldn’t have been nicer. He helped us through the insurance process and made excellent suggestions. Best roofing company around!

After receiving 3 estimates for my roof and gutters on my house and garage. I chose Dream Home Exteriors. Derek who I dealt with was great and took his time to explain everything to me and offered to deal with my Insurance company which he did a awesome job doing. His crew that installed my roof and gutters were on time and very professional and did a great job, they made sure to place tarps all around my house and did a excellent job in cleaning up afterwards. I highly recommend Dream Home Exteriors.

Just had a new roof installed (complete tear off and asphalt shingle install) by Dream Home Exteriors. The roof looks great and they completed the installation in 1 day. Their workers were very polite and we had very little debris/nails in our yard. Matt & Derek were great to work with and everything went as planned. I would use them again.
