I had a custom home built by the Kearns Company. The whole process went smoother than I imagined. Before I started the home build process, I had heard so many nightmare stories that some people had gone through with other builders when building a custom home. Not with this company! I can't say enough good things about the pleasant experience I had with Bill Kearns. I had a timely estimate. The estimate was reasonably priced with nice finishes in the home. He referred me to a good company for financing. I was living far away at the time and during the build, Bill kept me well informed

The Kearns company re-built a home for me that burned. The pre-fire value was 650K. The post fire construction value was 1.1M! Needless to say I was delighted with the results because Kearns provided a fantastic finished very high end product within the budget offered by the insurance company. I never thought I could profit from a fire :-)
