One of the best private builders in the Sacramento Area. The homes are of the highest quality and they excel with both customer service and sales.
They've been building in the Sacramento area since the 90s and played a large role in the boom in Lincoln and are now building consistently in Rancho Cordova and Granite Bay.
Unlike a lot of the bigger national builders, Premier pays a lot more attention to detail and is locally owned, giving them staff and leadership a more distinct knowledge of the area and what the buyers want. Definitely recommend buying from them!

This is our very first home built and it was such a beautiful experience because of Premier Homes team. Alex helped us getting the lot we wanted and answers to questions we had.. Jackie’s patience and expertise in the design process were for sure instrumental in making our vision become reality, and she made it so stress-free and enjoyable. Shayn is very knowledgeable and detailed in explaining everything during our pre drywall walkthrough. Sjaan was very thorough during our final walkthrough, has been very helpful and kind up to today with all our punch list. Taylor was very patient and helpful

PH has excellent design, high quality houses, and outstanding service! During my journey of looking of a new house, I found that they have the best customer support in the industry. I feel lucky to have found them as the builder of my new house. She's available for our questions and concerns as a first time homebuyer. Before choosing Premier Homes, I've been shopping around the area for a few months. We have really enjoyed every experience with PH. We have been in contract with a new construction through this developer for five months now. Sales team is professional and honors their word. Interest list is honored, no games are played like in other developments. Response time is instant. All questions are answered immediately. We even receive weekly updates and photos without asking. Design studio process was fairly simple and enjoyable. There are a lot of “extras” in the EL homes that have kept the upgrades prices down. We have been very happy with our decision to go with Premier Homes

This is our first "custom" built home and the process has been more intense than we expected. The choices (almost every feature had options) we had to make were initially overwhelming. Premier and Jackie at the Inspire Design Studio have been patient with us as we chose from a large variety of choices for all the features in the home. They have kept us up to date with schedule updates and shared pictures as progress is made on our house. Alex has been wonderful to work with. We are very happy with our choice to use Premier Homes/Montelena versus the other options out there. We would chose them

My husband and I are purchasing a home from this company and the sales rep. we are working with, Alex is awesome. She is responsive and always sends us updates about the home once a week. I live in the new premier homes in Rancho Cordova. Thanksgiving eve and clear through the entire night construction crews worked on new homes directly behind me. Finally at 5 am I investigated this with the dog....sure enough pounding and building. Finally, Thanksgiving day, as it continued loudly, I contacted Sjaan Fielding from the company. He requested I provide photos. So I walked over in the cold and took pictures of two men hammering and pounding on the houses ( he tried to write it off as kids or thieves). The men were cussing and swearing at me for taking the photos he requested.
