We had a water heater pilot light malfunctioning. Corey diagnosed the problem very quickly. He gave us a couple different options to do. Since my wife and I planned on doing a tankless heater in the future, we decided to just do it now. Since we decided to do tankless, we had to add an electrical outlet near the tank. Corey took care of getting someone to do it for us. Corey did an amazing job installing and setting everything up. He showed us how to use the new system and was extremely polite. He never once tried to upswell us to something that we didn't need. He quoted us a price and stuck

I'm very happy with Cory's service. He came highly recommended by a neighbor, and I was not disappointed. I texted in the evening, and he responded quickly and got me an appointment the next morning. He was on time and let me know via text when he was on his way. He did quick work and it looks and works great. He replaced my kitchen faucet, which not only solved the leak problem, but also stopped the water splattering all over me and the floor. The price was far less than I expected. I needed to replace the gas control valve from my water heater. Cory was professional, honest, and friendly. I had a water leak under my sink. He took a look, gave me a quote, then went to work. A few minutes later he stated it may be a different piece that was causing the leak. He said he'd fix that first to see if that fixed the problem. Boom! Problem solved. I ended up paying less then originally quoted.
Cory, thank you for being an honest man. You could have fooled me and redid the whole piping and I would have never known the difference lol.

I have used Cory from Pipe Masters twice, once to unclog some bathroom drains and once to run a water line to my fridge. Both times, he arrived timely, gave me a very reasonable quote, did excellent work, and cleaned up after himself before leaving. Cory is a friendly, hard working family man. Cory is absolutely the best. He has helped us now on two different occasions and went above and beyond for each job. The first was for our hot water heater. He was efficient, affordable, and knowledgable. And he was able to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. The second time he connected our water to the refrigerator. Again, the service was beyond perfect. If you are looking for a plumber, stop and just hire Cory. Don't even bother calling anyone else.

Last year Christmas Eve we were suppose to cook a meal for 15 people and our sink decided to get clogged that day. We called Pipe Masters and they were able to come over within a few hours to fix it. Cory is very reliable, professional and does an amazing job. He came over to hook up the water line for our new fridge and fix garbage disposal. He answered all my questions and very honest. I highly recommend Pipe Masters and their prices are very reasonable. Never going back to Pete's Plumbing again.
