1. Honest: I've hired big companies several times, but the sewer pipe still couldn't drain. But as soon as Omar came, it was done once and right. He told me that a knife must be added to the front of the tool so that the blockage can be shredded and removed. Omar did it and honest.
2. Fees are fair: Omar charged me for only what I need and wasn't deliberately exaggerate problems and charge more.

Omar is fair and reasonable. I called him because my sewer was backed up and flooding my house. He was available the same day to come and help. He did not up charge me or try to rip me off in any way. Unfortunately, I had called a different company two days before for the same issue. They overcharged me and they did not even fix the problem because it happened again two days later. They did not guarantee their work either so when I called them back to say the problem wasn't fixed they refused to come out again unless we paid them again.
