Bigos went out of their way a few years ago to help save us from work another company did, replumbing our entire property. I was able to chat with the owner directly and he kindly listened to my concerns about not wanting to deal with sewage leaks under the property (again). Last year we had them replace a couple of water heaters and they did a good job.

Bigos has helped me out more times than I can count. I send them to my mom's house, my grandparent's house, my cousin's house... it speaks volumes to be able to recommend someone so highly to family. They've fixed leaks, stopped knocking noises from underneath the house, installed new pipes, the whole nine yards. I'm sad that they don't work with tankless water heaters (maybe they do now though?), but for everything else, they're great.

Late post but a must. Matt was amazing. His experience and professionalism was exactly what we needed for our 1945 home. If I could, I would rate Bigos Plumbing ten stars! I first met Matt when I was getting bids for work to be done on our newly purchased home. We knew the house needed a lot of work. Matt worked with me to give us a very reasonable bid on the work needed. Our drain and sewer lines were in bad shape and needed replacing and a liner installed. We also purchased a new tankless water heater and had them do work inside the house on the connectors and p-traps. They also fixed a couple other small things inside and installed four new toilets. A week prior, Luke did a small job for us and while here fixed an unrelated issue in the same bathroom that he noticed. Then they saved our bacon a week later when the crawlspace flooded and we didn't know what to do. Luke and Steph coordinated a team to assess the issue that same day. Then, even though they're slammed, they had a team working on replacing our water main connection the day after. We had running water sooner than expected after this sort of catastrophe

I called Bigos, spoke to Stephanie who was very nice, explained my problem with our shower and she said she’d send a technician out ASAP. An estimate was emailed to me and fingers were crossed that they’d be able to complete the job at a reasonable price. The next day ,after Roger replaced several parts, the shower was working perfectly . I was warned it could cost more than original estimate depending on what was found but they were able to complete the job and it didn’t cost any more than original estimate. Fair, courteous and timely. Not a bad experience at all.

BIGOS IS THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS!!! My project was HUGE...a complete renovation of a 60 year old house with the original cast iron plumbing...in some instances all that was left of the antiquated pipes was just petrified dirt...looked like what you might find in an archeological dig!

These guys are rad - the whole crew and family. We just did a major repair to replace our main service water line which is a massive job, and Bigos was very helpful throughout the process. Stephanie was responsive and easy to schedule with, and Luke was super on it onsite, and made sure that no questions went unanswered, that we had a good understanding of our issue and our options for a solution, and that we felt comfortable with the process the entire time. We needed a leaking kitchen faucet replaced, which also had low water pressure for the hot water. Stephanie was extremely helpful in setting up an appointment and straightforward in what the costs or potential cost would be in the event that the issue would be worse than what they were expecting.
