My mom who is a senior citizen and retired contacted APS (let me just say as I go on and before I begin this review... One thing that really ticks me off is when people take advantage of elderly disabled individuals ) she had to pay an initial fee as she is explaining to me... Almost as a membership fee... The first service she requested was to fix their split air conditioning and that's Filipino man (I apologize I do not know/remember his name) was very nice and he did indeed fix the problem and did a great job servicing the splits units

My GE Profile refrigerator sprang an exterior leak from the back. I saw the ratings for APEX and decided to give them a try. Since it was a small leak, the 4-day wait for service was acceptable. Lance was on time, professional and neat. He diagnosed the problem, gave me an instantaneous quote and ordered the part on site. The office worked with me to give me an earlier repair appointment when I told them the leak was getting worse. Lance showed up a couple hours earlier than the appointment time to help me out. He also took time to explain things to me and gave advice on appliances. I would recommend

Absolutely the best appliance repair service. I have been using them for a few years. They always get back to you, are always on time, and are very neat! Lance and Lori are the best and Lorene, the awesome scheduler! They not only repair appliances but also installed my above the range microwave/convection oven! This team is busy because they are so good at what they do!

My brand new wall oven had been sitting in my livingroom in its unopened box for over a month because the big box Home improvement store that I bought it from couldn't get an installer for me. I contacted the store twice, and twice they said someone would contact me but after two weeks of waiting I decided to look for someone else.
I tried yelp but the companies that responded said they were either too busy to do the job or gave me an estimate that was way too high.

The two technicians Lance and Lori arrived as scheduled and were very cordial and knowledgeable. They diagnosed the problem,gave me a quote which I felt was reasonable and proceeded to fix my problem. My freezer unit in my refrigerator was not working properly due to a faulty thermostat. They had the part on hand and now I'm a happy camper again. Will definitely used them again if need be!

The reviews are true. Lance and Lorraine are amazing. Lorraine arranges all the scheduling and Lance comes out to do the repair. They are both professional and so pleasant to work with. I had a refrigerator that needed to be repaired. Lance came out and diagnosed the issue and then ordered the part. Lorraine called me when the part arrived and scheduled Lance's next visit. I asked Lance about another part for my microwave and he jumped on the phone to see if it was in-stock and it was!

Called them to get my refrigerator repaired very busy company I'm guessing it's because of their service when they got here they diagnosed my refrigerator and ordered the part unfortunately due to the Covid situation it took over three months for the part to get here they called me up to let me know the part was in I had already bought a new refrigerator at this point because it completely went out on me I failed to tell them to cancel my order even though they weren't being refunded for the part they apologize for the delay great company would do business with them again hopefully

I'm so happy & grateful I called this company. Our appointment they scheduled was initially to do a diagnostics test on our GE gas oven.
After Lance arrived here, I gave him specific info pertaining to our gas oven needing to be correctly converted to utilize liquid propane whereas it had not been properly converted. He converted our oven in under 40 minutes! I was so happy They provide honest, top notch customer service and exceptional value.

Lance was able to figure out what was wrong with my washing machine just by listening to it! He fixed the issue in less than 10 minutes and stayed until he was sure the washer was working perfectly! He has so many years of experience and it was reassuring to have such a professional expert to handle my problem.

My 6yr old Samsung refrigerator wasn't getting cold enough but the freezer was working fine. I knew it needed servicing so I looked to yelp...found these guys among others. They were the first of several appliance repair companies that I messaged who responded. They scheduled for a few days later thru yelp & by phone. I never met Lance cuz I was at work when he came, but my dad told me it took a couple hours to diagnose & fix...
