Returned my requests for appointment and pricing immediately, set a firm date and were there on time. Did beautiful work removing old dead sod and weed and laying new sod. Also made a walkway down one side of the house and fully covered other side with river rock for easy maintenance. Great deal.

*2nd Update* I am currently in arbitration with Chris just to get my deposit of $2,331 back. He would rather fight with me about giving me a refund then actually making things right. He claims the shabby work he did in the pictures I provided is worth $1,200. I paid another company $4500 to come out and fix his mess plus I paid an irrigation company to come out and fix a broken sprinkler pipe that Chris and his guys broke with the tamping tool. Avoid the headache and steer clear of this company. Hopefully I can save someone else the time and money before they make the same mistake of choosing SHADY

I hired Christopher to landscape the front yard, on 2/27/20 Christopher came out and spayed the yard and killed it, came out again and tore up my yard along with a set of cables to my septic system, every time I call Christopher he sends me an email with a date and time that he will be out to complete the project and never shows or calls. I had to hire a plumber to come out and get my septic going. He did offer me a refund April 3 but as of April 20 nothing! Their is an open compliant with Orlando BBB, Homeadvisor no longer endorses Shady Oak, along with Angies List, Yelp, and ripoff.com. Revision

Its a rare find to work with a company that is quick to respond and equally good at keeping you informed and following up. I recently had sod replaced and with the rains, the availability was difficult. Chris, the owner, was in constant contact, letting me know what was going on. He was committed to getting a quality product and not just putting any available sod down that didn't meet his standards. The job was done professionally and the results were great. He even stopped by days after install to ensure things were good. He was also reasonably priced compared to many quotes I received. I'd highly
