Mike came out to setup my home system. He was fast, friendly, informative, and provided outstanding customer service. Henry was so helpful in helping us choose the best security for our home on the second day we moved in. He was professional and friendly while showing us the alarms systems that would fit our needs. Anthony our installer was just as professional, prompt, and let me know if he had any issues with installation before just drilling away into the walls. He also took care into doing any loud installation while my baby napped. I have to say both my husband and I are very impressed with them and the costumer service.

Dustin and Mike were amazing! They were so helpful and very thorough in explaining the features of the system. Very professional and knowledgeable of their products. We are first time home buyers, and of course we had the concerns of which home security system we are going to choose without feeling like it’s a waste of money, and of course we want to always feel safe when we are at home and away from our home. Our experience was excellent! From the start with the assessment of our home, with what was needed and what was not. The installation was just simply outstanding! From the business side of it dealing with Eric and his availability to answer our calls and our texts was just outstanding! Our installer, Anthony was just a Blessing and a wealth of knowledge!! He took his time with the installing and his time with explaining everything to us in regards to how the system works, what we needed to do, and what we needed to know,. Just amazing! Superb overall experience! James was my first contact with Brinks Power Home Technologies. I appreciated his knowledge of the company and how he explained the differences in the home security companies. He was very patient to wait for my extremely long closing created by seller issues so we could set up an installation date. When I called him to touch base during the closing process and to set up an installation date when we finally closed, he always remembered who I was. The installer, Anthony, was so prompt he was early. I appreciated his quiet resolve to tackle the couple issues he encountered
