I am thoroughly satisfied with services completed by YAZD Mechanical Inc. I particularly loved the professionalism exhibited from start to finish by being on time in addition to YAZD immediately recognizing what the problem was and correcting problem. YAZD was also very respectful to me and to my property by wearing disposable covering over his shoes as not to track debris from outside to inside my home. I really appreciated the respectful behavior.

EXCELLENT HVAC installation company! The manager came out to my house as part of a warranty. He explained exactly what was wrong and said that although warranty would pay for a single part, it would be better to replace the whole thing because the heating system was 20 years old. They gave me a good price and came in 2 days later to completely replace the entire HVAC system. Since I have their warranty now, I have cancelled my home warranty. They are professional.

I had my appointment scheduled for this week, I never received a phone call when they were coming, if they were coming or not. I called them to see what was going on & apparently my tone of voice was not suitable
For the receptionist! Even tho she told me that the worker had put in a “NO SHOW” when I have security cameras in-front of my home that will & CAN notify me when someone has arrived. She decided that I was not worth her time this morning & hung up the phone without rescheduling or apologizing.
Hope I can hear from someone with a high power then this young lady very soon.

Like many others I also use AHS and they sent YAZD to me like they did everyone else. The first appointment they didn't come. Their excuse is similar to another's where they system deleted my appointment. They did not answer emails sent asking for an update. Only through calling a person did they reveal their mistake which they frequently make. Unfortunately they are the only company AHS will send so it's best to just go to someone else out of warranty and wait rather than go with them

If I could give this a zero I would. My home warranty sent them to fix our AC. The guys came and looked at the AC unit itself for 5 mins, just all the surfaces and declared that there was nothing wrong with the AC. Meanwhile he didn't even check any of his the circuitries or at least the thermostat. The setting was 71 degrees but the room temperature was 85 degrees, so clearly the AC was not working. I am an AHS warranty customer who used YAZD to replace an AC condenser unit. I was most impressed with their professional service and expertise. They clearly diagnosed my problem and managed the warranty company well to ensure that I could be serviced quickly and with care. They did of course charge me for out of warranty expenses for the unit replacement, but overall I was able to replace my unit at a fraction of the cost it would have been if I was not under AHS warranty. I was very pleased with their work and would use them again if the need arises.

Then I received a bill for $1,800 before they could start work. They came up with $1,800 in charges not covered by the home warranty company. Here are some examples:
Modify high voltage system -- $350. When I asked what need to be modified, the tech admitted that probably nothing had to be modified, but that I had to pay the non-refundable charge if I wanted them

America home shield sent this company to fix my HVAC system. The technician diagnosed my unit and said it was a bad compressor and needed several pounds of Freon. I am fortunate to have several friends that work in this business and were able to tell me that it was my frost board that was bad. Long story short this company is trying to fraud in my opinion AHS and myself out of money. First off my unit is still under warranty, which I am sure they didn't mention to AHS and second my unit was not low of any Freon which they were trying to charge me an additional 600 dollars.

Another AHS customer here. I always try to separate AHS from the actual service provider because a lot of frustration and negative reviews really should be directed towards the Home warranty company, not necessarily the service contractor. We have two homes covered under AHS and I have a love hate relationship with them.
So with that, this is a review of YAZD not AHS. I found them to be VERY professional and they were able to diagnose and fix the problem immediately. I would have given them 5 stars if they were able to come out within 24 hours. In my situation I had to wait 36 so overall not bad

Lousy experience. For starters their phone number only seems to work once out of every 10 times, no clue what that is. They showed up to "fix" my air conditioner. It's an old system and it was raining out. They checked the refrigerant and said it needed to be filled and would cost me $345. Didn't bother to look and see why it was operating at 70% capacity, just wanted to charge me to refill it. When I said I didn't want to do that (aka - I want to find the source of the leak) he gave me attitude "Then why did you ask me to check it?" and just left. I tried

YAZD was assigned by my home warranty company, American Home Shield. Iman from YAZD was prompt, professional and informative. He gave me a call when he was on his way. I can be one to ask pointed questions and Iman was very nice when responding. This was an initial visit to troubleshoot and my inside coil needs to be replaced. I'll provide an update when the job is completed.

I recently had a furnace stop working. The furnace failed twice during this past winter. All attempts through American Home Sheild failed to resolve issue. YAZD was one of the companies that responded to AHS request.
The Trane system i had was 21 years old so I know it was time to upgrade. Other service companies wanted me to spend $1600-2000 on a 21 year old system. YAZD recommended system replacement. I bit the bullet and move forward with a new AC and Furnace system. I also had damper motors that did not work. They gave me a good price to replace the whole system and repair damper motors.

One of the best HVAC repair companies in the area. We would not hesitate to call them if we need anything. They go above and beyond with customer service. They looked for air leaks, measured air flow, and inspected our insulation to make sure all components meet HVAC guidelines and the manufacturer's specifications. Will definitely go back to them again.

Another company that deserves below 1 star. They were sent out to look at my A/C in the beginning of September. Changed 2 parts and the A/C was up and then failed immediately. Contacted them and it took a month and a missed appointment for them to make it back out there.
