In Oct, RSI inspected my 85-year-old mom’s furnace and claimed that it leaked CO, that could cost up to 20k to repair and turned off her heat.
When I discovered this, I asked RSI to restore her heat and they claimed that “by law” they could not. I could not understand why they would leave an elderly woman without heat, especially since ventless systems produce considerably more CO in a home than the system she had. I also knew there was no way a new system would be 20k. After explaining this Mark at RSI still refused to restore her heat. RSI was also unable to provide the CO reading that

We have this service call placed and they did not call and did not answer my calls. They called to schedule after the HW company follow up and set up 4 hour wait window. Indeed they don't value customer, customer time and urgency of the issue. There is no heat and its winter time. Definitely the warranty company should drop them from their contractor list.

Positive: Professionalism, Responsiveness
Great experience. Warranty company sent them out so we expected the worst but the service and professionalism was stellar. Of course they did what the warranty company made them do ,the absolute minimum, but at least we knew it was done right. We will keep them in mind for our next service even when we cancel our home warranty

I’ve been working with RSI for over 17 years. They put in my last HVAC unit. And they will put in the next one. I have a good working relationship with Mark their manager and some of the texts such as Rick and Terry. We kept them doing inspections for us even after our home warranty company didn’t carry them anymore because we like them so much. I have nothing but the highest regard for RSI. I recommend them strongly

The experience I had with Residential Systems was just fantastic. The A/C tech "Chris" who came out and did the work was very professional, friendly and just very approachable whenever I had a question. You could really tell he knew what he was doing analyzing and working on our non- functioning condenser issue.This was not a simple fix on a failed unit but Chris performed the work in an efficient manor with a step-by-step diagnosis of our failed condenser. He basically got the cool air flowing in the house again with the condenser fan running. At the end of the day, which I didn't consider that

I used this company several times for HVAC issues thru 2-10, never had any problems. most recent service was last Friday, the technician showed up at the beginning of the appointment window, very friendly and knowledgeable. fixed issue right away. getting appointment set up was also easy - Mark called me the day after I submitted the online request. will use it again.

Over the last 7 years in our home, I have called in 3 ac service calls through 2-10 home buyers warranty. By far this was the smoothest and best service call.
I noticed my indoor unit making an unusual rattling, buzzing noise. Requested a service call through 2-10 home warranty. Did have to wait a week for the appointment, but was worth it. Mark called when Rick, the technician was on the way. Showed up as promised. Diagnosed the issue, answered my questions, ordered and replaced parts the same day. Indoor unit back to normal.

Disappointed with their customer service and with the quality of workmanship when the technician checked our hvac system. He left the work area very messy. Also, making contact by phone is very difficult. While the technician was at our home, he attempted to call back to the office for information and even he couldn't get in touch with anyone for answers. I'm thankful we didn't have to pay for their services, it was a carry-over contract for a system inspection from the previous owners. Rather than gaining a new customer, they lost one by the poor service they provided. I would not recommend them
