Joedy and his group have done multiple jobs for us over the last several years. They gutted and custom remodeled our kitchen. They added a second bathroom and walk in closet and most recently, they added a beautiful deck between our house and our pool. Besides being great craftsmen and knowledgeable contractors, they are also all very kind.

We worked with Joedy and team on a big home renovation project last summer (June - November). We bought a very old fixer upper in East Sacramento - the before and after pictures are the best testament to their work. I did a ton of research and was let down / did not align with many contractors I met before Joedy. Johnny, Joedy, and Antonio restored our ~70 year old 3-stall barn. A couple other contractors were not interested and even suggested demolition. JAZ saw the possibilities and we are delighted with the result, it's better than when it was first built! It was a pleasure to get to know Johnny and Joedy and we look forward to working with them again.

I could not possibly say anything better about Joedy and his crew. We are THRILLED with the work that they did for us. The JAZ team helped us build an entire garage/office on the side of house and they did an IMPECCABLE job. We had our house built over 40 years ago and was long overdue for a major facelift. Every year we would go Home & Landscape Expo at Cal Expo in January. Jonny is awesome. I have so much good things to say about him, who is easy to communicate with, good at what he does, gets thing done on time, goes over his way to fix everything, got our budget under control, respectful to customer, responsive to our requests, clean up all the mess. Highly recommend him to anyone need a reliable contractor. We originally hired him to repair and replace two stairs, but end up with couple more things because we like his work and his work ethic. Couldn't wait to write this review - Joedy and his team just completed a massive remodel of my 1939 colonial. We completely demolished the kitchen and built it backup including opening up a wall, moving laundry room upstairs, and adding a master bathroom into existing space. This project was a labor of love and JAZ took care to pay attention to the details AND never lost site of the big picture. Here are a few reasons I never hesitate to recommend.

Just wrapped up a surprisingly smooth three month kitchen remodel with Joedy and his wonderful crew! As a Kitchen and Bath designer, I expect rough patches, as no remodel is perfect, and every remodel is stressful. All of my concerns or changes were met with a calm and earnest attempt to understand my mindset. Problem solving with a client makes… that client feel heard and Joedy is especially good at this. I was very pleased with the work they did to tile my bathrooms. Joedy and Ricardo are extremely customer-service oriented and they ensured that every detail about the work was done to my complete satisfaction. Joedy even came out several weeks after the job was done, at my request, to address one or two minor issues. They tell you when they are going to be there and the actually show up when they say they will and are very responsive to communications. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Joedy is fantastic! He and his crew just completed some minor remodeling to my kitchen and family room. New built in cabinets beside the fireplace, new quartz counter, sink, faucet and backsplash. Joedy worked with me in structuring the bid with and without a fireplace remodel. Great communication, even when project was off schedule due to custom cabinets which are made off site which Joedy could not control. Joedy is very professional and I would highly recommend Jaz Developments!

So I will preface this by saying that JAZ has not yet done any work on our home, but the communication was ON POINT! He even referred us to (a well rated) competitor in case we were not able to wait for him. Companies that are good usually have a wait, I learned much to my chagrin. I cannot speak to his end product, but communication and honesty are on point with this company, which is hard to come by!

Amazing group of guys. Wouldn't think of using anyone else for any remodeling job. Professional, honest, trustworthy, hard working, great communicators and extremely skilled at what they do. It takes alot of trust to open your home to someone, let alone the potential for a few people. Knowing that your house is in good hands, work will be… completed as promised, you'll actually have fun having these guys around, that is huge. This review is So LONG overdue.....I found Jaz Developments through Yelp about 1 1/2 years ago. My husband and I moved back into the house that I grew up in . The house was built in 1958 so needless to say my list of "home improvement" was a mile long. First project: I had them install Bamboo hardwood flooring throughout the entire house and also knock down a wall to create a pass through between living room and family room. There are not enough words to express how thankful we are to have worked with Joedy and his crew at JAZ Developments. We had a major leak in our home that resulted in needing not one, but two bathroom remodels, as well as a ceiling in desperate need of repair. Had Joedy and his crew install bamboo floors and some bathroom lights and vents. Quick response to my inquiry. Easy to schedule and everyone arrived on time and was a pleasure to work with. Added a few more items to the list and they never seemed annoyed or bothered by my requests.
