Tim was extremely attentive to our needs and thoughts, and the end result was a beautifully done landscape design. Tim - thank you for the great work on my backyard fences. Everything went beautifully - the workers cleaned up every day, finished it on time, and left us with great looking, first quality fences.

We are now able to be outside without being in direct sunlight, increasing the time we can spend on our patio. I recently had the original, wood shingle roof on my home replaced with Tim at TSD Construction and his roofer All Slopes Roofing.
From start to finish this crew was incredible. People who know me will say that with me it's my way or the highway, that I know what I want and am stubborn enough to get it. We had the good fortune of having Tim Davidson be the project manager responsible for our dock project.

I am a third generation Sacramento native, attending Kennedy High School, Sacramento City College, and Sacramento State, majoring in Business with an emphasis in Marketing. We had the entire roof replaced in just 3 days, had the dry rot wood panels around the house completed replaced in 2 days, the garage door replaced, and whole house repainted… all in a timely manner and at a great value. We were kept informed at every stage of the process and they completely delivered their service and completion of project as promised. Will use TSD Construction again for future projects.

Am very happy with the work that Tim and his team has done for my home. We needed a new roof and Tim gave us a detailed quote and let us know about an issue with our HVAC as well. Whenever we had a house issue, he's the first person we call. We've called other companies for second opinions, but they haven't been as professional as Tim and his team. They answered all my questions, they gave me all the options and details and never felt pressured. Tim is always considerate of our needs and our busy schedule!

Tim designed our land scaping. His crew completely removed all grass, old concrete, and plants, so they could begin with a clean slate. Then they installed pavers, a drip system, moved tons of dirt to form mounds and a dry river bed. Tim brought in tons and tons of rock and gravel to use in a path way and as ground cover. Tim took us to a commercial nursery and recommended and helped select the best plants. There was always a crew of at least 4 workmen on the job everyday without fail. They made steady progress untill finished. Tim has a superb design sense, and his crew is skilled and work together

Tim is a con artist and liar. He will take your money and run. He does not stand behind his work and will lie straight to your face. We paid a lot of money to have a fir pit put in that is falling apart because of bad workmanship. A patio cover that water pools in the center and leaks. We are told by the con artist this is natural and supposed to do it. He will find every excuse in book why he can't be bothered with doing it right. I would not recommend him to anyone. He will rip you off and smile in your face. The worst contractor I have ever come across.
