PG RESTORATION excellent experience.
We had repairs/restoration and painting done in our building.
PG restoration was extremely professional and honest. Showed up everyday on time until all work was completed. Any time you need to chip away at concrete to do restoration and repairs it can be noisy and or dusty. In response to the prior review, it sounds as if the renter does not understand that maintaining and restoring a building is necessary here in Florida. Perhaps, the owner of the unit should have been in contact with their tenant Repairs ad upkeep are necessary for a safe building.

PG Restoration is awful. They began construction in my apartment complex one month ago.
First they did some strange process in the hallway that filled the entire hallway with hazardous construction dust. They did not clean up after themselves. Fine, I thought... Small price to pay for... whatever it is they're doing.
But when I entered my room, my entire room was covered in a thick layer of construction dust. I work a night shift and just wanted to sleep after work. Instead, I had to spend the next few hours cleaning the hazardous construction dust off my bed, clothes, kitchen ware, etc.
