Very happy with their service. Took the necessary steps to fix my clogged toilet. They were at my home within 2 hours after I called. I thought because it was raining very hard I would have to wait. All "Covid" precautions were taken by the tech. They even texted me as a follow up and wished me a Happy New Year.! Would definitely use them again.

After a couple of so-so experiences with other plumbing companies - from not doing the job thoroughly to not wearing masks properly in our house - we decided to try Plumbing Boys.
We made it clear we wanted a plumber who was fully vaxxed and would take appropriate steps to keep us safe.
We were quoted a flat rate which seemed smarter in the long run than an unknown hourly option.

We had a Party on Saturday and by Tuesday the plumbing was all stuck. Water coming out of two showers, two toilets, and one sink in the garage. Water everywhere. I gave them a call they picked up the telephone which is awesome. Because I was in a panic. And all I had to do was send them my information, they called me back and showed up within an hour because they were on another job. They came with the right equipment, very pleasant, and calming. Cleaned out the trap to the sewer, and flush the toilet's and ran the water to make sure the line was clear. I felt that they were very reasonable

Very good service and good quality work. I used these guys 2x times on two separate projects. The pipes from my kitchen to the laundry room were all backed up, causing my laundry room to flood. I immediately called the first five listings on yelp for emergency service. Plumbing Boys was the only plumbers to answer my call, and schedule me an appointment for the following day. Moments later, they called back and said they could be at my house in twenty minutes. The plumber arrived and a few hours later I had new pipes under the house and everything has been working flawlessly (knock on wood) for the past few weeks. I sure like these guys whenever I have to have plumbing work done - sigh. This morning I needed them to come over an unplug a toilet - yuck. Tony answered my call ... practically on the first ring and had a plumber arriving at my house within an hour. Sean was my plumber, arrived masked (thank you for respecting that the pandemic continues!) and was SO polite and courteous. Within an hour - my toilet was unplugged and ready to go - at a fair price. I can unequivocally recommend this company. As a matter of fact - I just sent a friend their contact information too.

HONEST, GREAT COMMUNICATION, TIMELY! Plumbing boys was amazing! I called and they were able to schedule me right away. Rick showed up on time and was very polite. He unclogged my bathroom tub and was honest about the work and what to charge me based on some issues with my homes particular plumbing. I highly recommend this company!!!

A friend of mine recommended The Plumbing Boys after they did some work on her new house. I've used them twice - both times they were great. Easy to get in touch with, available to come quickly, fixed the problem, and reasonably priced. The second time they came, they saw the only problem was I had accidentally turned the water partway off, and so they didn't even charge me. Incredibly nice. Love these guys, I plan to use them for everything.

These guys have been great each time I have called. The first time I used them their plumber solved a problem that another plumber came out twice and didn't even notice was the problem. I had a plumbing company that couldn't give me any straight answers or solutions to the clogging problem. We had "Rick" out on site, and he was able to get to the bottom of it. We installed two large (6" and 4", I think) VPC pipes under the backyard, as well as a cleanout. This was a big job that required three to four guys two straight days. They were professional--showed up on time, gave me a heads up on their ETA, and from time to time informed me as to what was going on. I thought the price for the entire job was competitive, but I was more assured by their ratings

I recently called Plumbing Boys to take care of a stoppage issue in one of the toilets in my condo. Two previous plumbers attempted but weren't able to solve it. Tony, the owner, sent Josh. He was friendly, professional, explained how he was going to take care of the problem and kept at it until it was resolved. He and his partner, Austin, ran a snake and after pulling out some baby wipes (not ours) that were trapped in the pipes, augured the pipes again and the toilet was flushing fine.
