Called on Monday evening and Ron came out on Wednesday PM and fixed my oven. Had the part on his truck and was done in under 30 min. I asked him about a problem with my ice maker on my Samsung refrigerator. He said it was part of a class action lawsuit and to contact Samsung to have it fixed. Called Samsung and they are going to fix it at no cost. Ron saved me over $500 by telling me to contact Samsung instead of just fixing it.

I didn’t end up needing to have Ron come out he called me and after explaining to him the problem I was having with my washer he told me what to try to fix it and it worked. Although I didn’t use his services this time I’ll be sure to call him for any future problems.

Our refrigerator stopped adequately cooling yesterday. I called Cardinal early this morning and left a voicemail. Ron was quick to respond to my voicemail and he was able to stop out within a few hours of my call. He was highly knowledgeable, quickly diagnosed the issue with my refrigerator and explained the issue well. Ron was honest that a repair may cost more than a replacement and he was able to give me some pointers on what to look for on a new refrigerator. I would not hesitate to call Cardinal again in the future. Thank you!
