Absolutely amazing! Ron showed up Earlier than expected which was a relief. He diagnosed the issue and told me that it would not be worth it to fix as it was the control panel. Although it was not the prognosis that I wanted, he was quick and honest in his approach. I am buying a new washing machine, this time not new, and although I hope I don’t have to see him again… If I need an appliance repaired I will definitely be using him. Thanks Ron… You are amazing.

Ron helped get my electric oven back in action today, he was very friendly and got the job done quickly. I left him a voicemail at the end of the day on a Monday, he called me back the next morning and scheduled me first thing the following day. Would recommend to anyone that needs maintenance on an appliance!

I called Ron on a Monday morning and he was able to schedule me for Wednesday morning to look at my dryer. He was on time (a little early actually). Based on my issues he was able to diagnose and try a repair that he thought might work, but didn't recommend I spend too much more. He also charged a bit less since the part repair didn't look promising to fix the issue. He was very friendly, easy to work with, and definitely not pushing for expensive repairs/fixes that were not needed. Ultimately we most likely will replace the dryer, but that is due to the age/cost to repair, and Ron was honest in

I called Ron on a Saturday and set up an appointment for the following Wednesday to investigate and fix our oven. He showed up promptly at the beginning of the time he agreed to and was in and out within 20 minutes. Our oven now heats up excellently. Couldn't be more pleased with his demeanor, friendliness, and professionalism. Highly recommend.

Ron, was away and unable to visit but he kindly talked through what we're experiencing with our refrigerator. He offered great advice on what to look for and what service would likely run. He was more interested in getting our problem resolved quickly than delaying things for a service visit. He's knowledgeable and shows great integrity. I wouldn't hesitate to call on him again.

After having a less than pleasurable experience with GE Appliance Repair, I gave River City Appliance Service a call. I highly recommend Ron. He lets you know what to expect upfront. Ron is friendly, personable and knowledgeable. He understands the needs of his customers and offers more than fair prices for quality work. The control board on my fridge burned out. Ron was at my house about an hour after I called him. Luckily, he had a spare board in his truck and replaced it right then and there. For the new board and service fee, it was under $300 total. Ron was courteous, professional, and FAST. I would use him again, and would definitely recommend him to others.

Ron just left my house looking at my Maytag dryer. I called him first thing in the morning and he was at my home in less than an hour. He assessed the dryer, advised me of the problem and the recommended repairs. He thought it was going to cost just as much to repair as to purchase a new one. He made some recommendations that I found helpful and will look into. It cost me the price of the service call, but at least I know what my options are. He was kind. His response time was fast.
