For homes and light commercial buildings, concrete pilings are concrete columns that are pushed into the ground under a foundation. Concrete Piers are a great option for many of our clients - who own or operate residential home or light commercial property. These pier piling are placed beneath structural braces (for raised homes) or along the edges of your foundation's "beam."
For commercial and high end residential applications, steel piers are constructed of heavy duty steel gauge that is manufactured in many different shapes and sizes. Nathan and his guys are Amazing!!! Top Notch Workmanship. They went above and beyond correcting this pier and beam home. The guys kept everything clean . Double checked all floors doors and ceilings . I remodel homes for a living and stumbled into Advocate. Must be living right!!! Could not ask or find better! They did an awesome job and the crew was great at answering all of my questions and explaining the process, which I found fascinating. They did a great job of clean up too.
